Love this microwave, not too big or too small. Does everything that I need it to do. Fits nicely in my microwave shelf

Good size. Easy to use. Looks nice. Easy to clean.

I found the unit to be powerful and to basically heat well, although there is still the age-old problem of having food cook unevenly--especially if cooking from a frozen stage. The main issue is that the "start" button now, after only about a month of ownership, only works about 50% of the time. Returning it, likely exchanging for another Panasonic. I'll also likely go with a larger unit since I need to return this anyway, because the inside of the unit is nice and wide, but has a very low clearance. Larger dishes will not fit in this unit.

Works just as well as previous model from Panasonic that I had for nearly 13 years. It’s a little dark inside when operating but other than that I am very pleased with my purchase.

This microwave is easy to use and works well, the only negative we have is the interior light. This was mentioned in reviews but we didn't realize how poor the light is both when the door is open and while cooking. Otherwise, its fine

This is a great microwave on paper but it is very difficult to use. Put simply it overcooks my food. It seems like no matter what power level I select the oven cooks at full power. I have reheated a bowl of leftover rice dish for a couple of minutes on power lever 1 and the food came out sizzling and the bowl too hot to hold. I use this microwave mostly for heating a mug of water for tea, cooking frozen meals, and reheating leftovers. My old oven was 1100 watts, this Panasonic is 1250 watts. I carefully note on the directions for my frozen meals what wattage oven is associated with the cooking directions. And my food comes out overcooked. At first I tried scaling back the power level to match the preparation directions. When that resulted in overcooked food I reasoned that this oven has no throttle, it's on or off, and I began scaling back my cooking times. Adjusting cooking time seems to work better. It may be that I got a defective unit, I should contact Panasonic. If not for the issue with controlling power/cooking time I would really like this oven. It has a lot going for it. - large turntable -ample power -the sensor reheat really is convenient, just press one button and start the oven and the sensor figures out the time and power. It really works but the food comes out a little too hot and meat may continue to cook so if you got that steak perfect on the bbq it will come out well done after reheating. -the Keep Warm feature is nice, it may be the only way to throttle back the power on this oven. Cons: -the beep isn't loud enough -it only beeps when the cooking or timer is done. My old oven gave reminder beeps every 30 seconds until I tended to my food or stopped the timer. - burns my food

I like this microwave! It is similar to my old one but larger.

My husbands microwave finally bit the dust after 17 years. He picked this out. Is very happy with the way it performs. Is the perfect size to fit on top of his 9 cu ft refrigerator freezer. No complaints.

It is big and seems to work fine. It was a Consumer Reports Best Buy so I couldn't go wrong. Sales people were nice.

This thing is a BEAST. I did a decent amount of research before I purchased it. At first I thought it was too big for my counter lol. Turns out it is perfect. The sensory cooking is utters

This is perfect for my needs. I had a larger unit of the same kind but needed additional space. This fit the Bill. Perfect for A smaller kitchen with limited counter

So far the microwave works well. A few of the features are great. The defrost cycle is very efficient. It's quiet and reheats food very well without over heating.

My review is centered on the machine/human interface, The operating performance of the microwave is fine. Let's start with the interior light. It is very weak. That combined by the dark tinted front shield and highly reflective surface, it isn't likely you will be able to see the food inside the oven unless the kitchen lights are off and it's night time. Likewise, the digital readout during cooking can be read so long as you are about 3 feet from the readout. Once you have typed in your cooking time and power level and hit Start you have no way to review what power level you set in. If you wondered if you had made a mistake in the power level, you must restart the process because the digital readout only shows the cooking time remaining and no power level setting. Even with the number keypad present, you cannot press "3" on the keypad if you wanted a low power setting. Instead, you click the Power key 7 times to effectively get the power setting of "3". There is no way to know these things ahead of time unless you download the user manual and read it carefully.

I really like the Panasonic microwave oven. It is much better than the previous one I had. Much easier to use.
