This microwave was highly rated by Consumer Reports and that is why I bought it. So far it performs well, but I am a bit disappointed because it doesn’t have a baked potato button and a “minute plus” button like my old microwave did. I’m sure I will get used to it, but I do miss those buttons. I live in Alaska and was pleased that Best Buy shipped the microwave to me promptly with no added shipping.

I needed to replace a 29-year old countertop microwave with one that had the capacity and power I was used to. This Panasonic fit the bill. It can handle a 13x9" baking pan, has a removable turntable, and was the right size exterior for the space. (Note on the turntable: removable means you can take it out to wash it, but you can't operate the unit without the turntable in place.) The controls are fairly intuitive, but read the manual to learn all it can do in various automatic modes for defrosting, reheating, and making popcorn.

My mom and I were looking into buying a new microwave since our dinosaur of a microwave broke. We came into Best Buy and saw this one and it’s so light and compact. It’s a great size for our kitchen!

I researched the best rated microwaves on a couple of independent websites and this model seem to come up every time in the top 10 list. It's easy to use and stylish. The price is also reasonable.

Very powerful microwave for the price. Large cooking area and heat sensor time. Only drawback in dark interior hard to see food cooking inside.

Very pleased with this microwave. I love the cook sensor feature. The light is a little weak compared to my old one but I can see the food.

I previously had an Panasonic for many, many years. When it finally gave out, I knew I wanted the same brand. This one has a larger interior, but the same ease of use.

Sturdy and stable on the counter. Heats quickly and consistently.

The microwave is very powerful, spacious and heat food evenly. A couple of minor drawbacks - the LED light inside is little dim and it doesn't have 1/2/3-minute single button express cook.

Still need to use the instruction book to operate it. Like the popcorn button options. 1250 compared to 1000 so still getting accustomed to adjustments in timing.

Great price and so far we love it. It's a bit bigger than our last microwave, but I didn't bother to measure, so that is my fault. The light inside is a bit dim, but over all I really like it.

Performance so far has been outstanding. Working our way through the manual - probably using only half of what it can do. Reasonable price from Best Buy.

This is the second microwave I have purchased, i have had the first one for about five years now and so I purchased a second one for my elderly mother. Perfect size and works great.

I wish this model came in a smaller size, and the interior light could be a bit brighter. That being said, it is very well made, and everything I want in a microwave.

We bought this because my 14-15 years old inverter Panasonic apparently gave up on an electric surge, plus it was old. I wonder what the life of a microwave is. Anyway, this one as promised with their new cyclonic inverter does seem to cook even a notch more evenly than the previous which already was pretty good. Met my expectations which are high- I only wish it came in all black :-)

I bought this Panasonic microwave were my wife, 2 daughters and myself use it everyday for 2 years and it's still like brand new. Everything works great. It's big and powerful. In fact we trust it and like it so much that right now I am purchasing the exact same model to go in our second house.

Decent microwave. Works well. Heats evenly. Only downside is that the "30 sec" button doesn't start heating right away, so you have to press at least 2 buttons to get a quick heat started.

Replaced an LG microwave that stopped working after two years. The Panasonic is a huge improvement. Is superior in every way to the microwave it replaced.
