I have yet had a chance to play with the sensory settings and experience the butter softening and all the extras that it has. My 20 year old JENN-AIR was working very well, but getting rusty around the door. Hope it lasts as long as my other microwave units. My only concern so far is the height inside. The turntable takes up about one inch. My old one was almost flush to the bottom. I have to learn how to do the setting quickly.

Controls are a little different than our old microwave. Heats well.

I've had it a few weeks. So far so good. I wish the #1, #2 and #3 buttons would automatically start the micro for that time like our old micro did. Now, it takes a few extra steps to get one, two or three minutes. Also, the clock set button should be somewhere else not at the bottom right where it accidently gets pushed instead of start.

Purchased a 1250 watt microwave to replace a 700 watt one I’ve had for years. What a difference. This microwave does so much more and does it faster.

Love the look, performance and value of the Panasonic microwave I purchased. It was in stock, so I was able to take it with me at the time of purchase.

Same great microwave we add least had, just a new version. Same amount of power think “7-11 strength”. This one is in a smaller package, but still just as good.

Did so much research and this brand and model came to the top. This size fit perfectly and has met all my expectations. Only downfall are the fingerprints left on the front door and keypad.

Very even heating on everything. Controls take some getting used to.

Purchased 20 of these for work and have not had any issues in close to a year. Great price!

Works great so far. The only thing I would note as a negative is the glass plate will go off track fairly often when turning the food inside. The plate will continue to spin but I can hear the track constantly loosing its grip and then catching it again and it makes a little noise each time. I have messed it it so many times I just leave it now. It works but the noise is annoying if I am within a few feet of the microwave. It could just be my unit and others are fine. Aside from the plate issue everything else works great.

Replaced an 8 year old model that finally gave out. Very pleased with the quality and performance of this larger, more powerful unit!

The unit works well and has low noise operation, a good door release button, bright LED light and a sufficient power to cook or heat. The older model had a good feature that this does not. The display would let you know when something was still inside after cooking (besides the beeper).

we had to replace our 12 yr old Panasonic with a new microwave, and we got the same one. The numeric/ selection controls are harder to read. THIS IS NOT for someone with limited vision! It runs fine, though the door seems stiff, and the latches are what broke on our previous model. It selects 70 seconds for "coffee reheat" where the previous model did 60 seconds. That's fine

I own the micrcowave for about a month now, everything seems to be fine. I like most of it except the dark light comparing to other models I have used. Other than that, great product.

This microwave works excellent .The heats up the food quickly the light is very bright and it has a very modern style look to it.

Works great. Its almost the same as our last one. Hope the door holds up better this time around. It’s a bit dark inside but that’s ok. We use it mostly for reheating

easy to use. haven't tried defrosting but works well when reheating food.

I really liked it and can recommend more people. The price was the catch. For that price I wouldnt have got such a good product anywhere else, Thanks best buy

This microwave is a replacement of my previous Panasonic which was purchased in 2003. I chose this one because of the keep warm feature which the old one did not have. Also the new one is 1250 watts versus 1300 watts on the old model. I did not think that would have been a big factor but it does take longer to heat up items compared to the old one. Also the "stainless steel" shows finger prints which was a little disappointing. New model is also smaller in size but I knew that going in. Overall I would recommend this product

Great Microwave. Cooks like Chernobyl is a dust storm. The Sensor features are easy and really work, unlike some past microwaves I've owned. Controls are readable and you don't need to be holding the manual to figure out how to work them.
