I actually bought this for a relative I'm staying with who had a very small (.7 cu. ft.), underpowered microwave that took 5 minutes just to pop popcorn. So far, this has been a great replacement. No problems after a month of use (not that that says much), and the power allows fast, even cooking. The only problem I've encountered is that this has a ton of features, and requires you to read the manual to make full use of it. The coffee reheat feature works surprisingly well, and the defrosting is even; my own older microwave tends to cook part some of the meat during defrosting.

Construction is nice. Heats quickly. Functions are pretty much the same as my last Panasonic which lasted 20 years.

This microwave is perfect. Looks very classy and cooks beautifully. Love the reheat auto-sensor! I don't know how it does it, but it really does a great job.

Fairly quiet in operation. Touch pad key labels should be backlit--difficult to see in low ambient light.

Great microwave, has plenty power and works great. Have had it over a year with no problems. Inside light could be brighter!

We've owned this microwave oven for a year now, and it has given good service; the heating results are consistent, the controls are flexible and we like it fine.

Great microwave with plenty of features, owners manual has lots of great information on proper use and care, we needed to add rubber grips to feet because unit would slip on our counter top when closing door

The control panel is easy to navigate. The 1.6 Cu Ft. provides enough space for large meals during family gatherings. I like having the option to use entered time or the sensor Reheat feature and the 1250 Watts significantly reduces the wait time for enjoying a meal. Great choice.

High power, fully featured, intuitive controls and space saving design make this a great alternative to a full size microwave… 15” platter mean most dish ware and some cookware will fit. And at a great price. Cannot say enough good, so far!

Good value and build, looks good in the kitchen with our other stainless steel appliances. Only suggestion, a brighter light for the interior.

We use this microwave every day! Performs great. I don't do a lot of actual cooking in the microwave, but it achieves what I expect it to do'

Number one complaint: The keypad is not illuminated and the text is gray against a black background. Unless the room is brightly lit, a flashlight is needed to read the keypad. Two: This is not a big thing, but it is annoying. With out previous microwave, we could select one minute (or two minutes, or 30 seconds, etc.) with a single keystroke. With this one, it takes at least 3 keystrokes to select one minute.

Easy to use and looks very stylish. Love the reheat feature as it heats the food thoroughly. Defrost works great as well very satisfied with this purchase

Too early to tell. We had a Panasonic microwave for years. It failed just as the pandemic started, a little after a year and a half ago. We replaced it with another Panasonic. It failed after a year and a half, just out of the warranty. This latest replacement is a very good oven, better than the last two. We will see how long it lasts.

We had to get use to how to heat food up compared to our old one but it does a great job and is easy to clean. We are still learning how to use it.

Decent microwave, the interior height is smaller then I thought and it’s a a tad load. But it heats up quicker then past microwaves.
