I returned a LG Microwave because it stopped working after 4 months of use. While I waiting in line, I spoke to a customer and she stated she had to returned her LG microwave because it stopped working within 8 months. She recommended that I purchase the Panasonic which I did. DO NOT PURCHASE LG MICROWAVE A PIECE OF JUNK

Bought this to replace a 15 year old Panasonic that died. It’s a solid performer. Cooks evenly as a microwave can. Would have liked backlit keys. Grey interior is much nicer than white. Coffee quick key needs to add a 5 more seconds to get a proper temperature. Always happy with Panasonic quality. This one is no different.

We built our house many years ago, and had a built in microwave. It recently died, and it is difficult (impossible) to replace the built in without replacing the entire built in (ie the oven as well). We purchased this countertop model, and technology has improved significantly. This works very well, the controls are very intuitive.

I like this microwave. It has a lot of good features for a smaller microwave. The things I don't like is the defrost feature needs to be in pounds and ounces. The signal has 5 beeps and doesn't stop when you open the door. Kind of annoying. All and all it is an okay microwave.

My husband loves this microwave! He had a Panasonic that he really liked, but it eventually died and needed replacing. He was so relieved that the new one was so fast and worked so well!

Say you hit the quick 30-second and stop with 10 seconds left over. You walk away and come back a minute later and it's cleared by itself. I believe the reheat and defrost feature works very well. I don't like when the time runs out and it starts beeping you can't open the door to short-circuit that beep. I also believe it's a bit noisy when operating.

I love it! heat and defrost evenly. And easy to use.

Great microwave. Am used to a higher watt(this is 1250) but works great for popcorn and other more delicate microwavable items. It is very deep but short and has a nice wide turntable inside for flat dishes. Looks good with stainless appliances. I find I am not cleaning inside as often because boilovers are less likely to happen with this newer technology.

This is our second one. Had to replace the first one after about 2.5 years. Needed to get the same miedo to fit a specific space. It’s a mediocre microwave. Does the job just fine, but doesn’t seem to last long.

Never disappointed - works well and looks attractive on the counter

We bought this for my husband's parents when their old microwave died. They've never complained about it, and if they'd found something wrong with it we'd have heard about it ^_~

I've owned a Panasonic microwave before and it lasted me 10+ years. This microwave doesn't have all the special features that the higher price point ones have but it gets the job done and it does it stylishly. Lastly, using the microwave is straightforward. The buttons are well placed and it definitely feels like a quality product.

Great microwave to replace our previous Panasonic model. This one is larger but the power is is 100W less so it does take a little longer to warm up food and coffee than the previous one we had. However, love that it has key pad controls and a 30 sec button instead of a dial. So far, so great.
