I bought this model because of a top rating from Consumer Reports and Best Buy was the only place to buy. Time will tell???

Works very well. Buttons not as intuitive as our last microwave. The reheat function is hotter than I am used to, so have to adjust for that.

We had our prior microwave for over 30 years, we bought from company and have not been disappointed.

The thing works awesome!!! Has great modern styling and looks great wherever you want to put it. The sensor cooking feature works perfect and is very handy . Pretty much set it and forget it. Nice large interior which you can fit most anything in it with ease. I highly recommend it and would get another one in a heartbeat.

Very happy with purchase. The light inside is strong enough to let me watch the progress. This is great for melting butter.

Works very well. The sensor reheat function works very well. Not any louder than other microwaves and the beep seems not as loud.

This is a great microwave. It heats up food very fast.

Bought to replace our last Panasonic that was a 1300 watt microwave. This one is a 1250 watt microwave and seems to be close enough so that we don't have to adjust how we use it. Sensor cook is an interesting function (old one didn't have this) and seems to work well.

This Panasonic microwave does its job, and does it well. I bought it for Inverter functionality - which evens out the microwave distribution (no more cold spots in microwaved food items). I just have a minor complaint about the keypad. With its black keypad / white keypad label print, it's a little hard for me to read the buttons. (A white keypad with black letters would have been easier to read). I keep a magnifying glass on top of the microwave, so I can read the buttons. Other than this issue, it's a great microwave.

Adequate size and good power. Only complaint is the chincy led lamp that really doesn't light up the interior of the microwave.

It took some getting used to because it didn't have several features we'd had on our previous microwave. But it seems like a good value for its cost I only wish there was a brighter or bolder, as I can not see the time from more than a foot or sp away.

Really like having different power levels when cooking. Things come out much tastier than when only could hit high.

It is very powerful it heats food with less time. It doesn't make that much noise compare to my older Kenmore microwave.

This new Panasonic microwave was purchased to replace a very old one that quit working. The new unit is working well. We are very happy w/ it.

Cooks even no discernible hot spots. Reheat function works well. Program function does a job cooking potato and other vegetables. You can cook frozen peas by putting a bowl of peas and use reheat function.

This microwave was highly rated by a consumer testing agency and I will say it does not disappoint. Works well and looks nice.
