This is a very good microwave. Positives: very powerful, easy to use and clean. Sits on the counter without taking up more space than the older one it replaced. Cons: Hard to see the interior as the interior is gray and the light is very weak. So need to be careful when melting butter, as cannot tell when it is almost melted.

After my old Whirlpool microwave gave up the ghost, I needed to get a new one ASAP. As usual, there were conflicting reviews online regarding the various brands. A past experience with Panasonic microwave let me cautious about buying another one, but this model had good reviews. It works well, cooking faster than my old one. It's not too noisy and the platter is very large. As other reviewers have mentioned, the interior light is very dim. My other complaint is that you set the power level by pressing the Power button multiple times (e.g., to get 30% power you press it 8 times). I did purchase the extended warranty since I'm very leery about the quality of today's appliances. But, I am satisfied with the product. One more thing, the power plug is not angled. Meaning, for my counter, due to the height of the receptacle I am not able to push it completely flush with the back of the counter.

Very happy with this microwave. Very easy to use, looks nice, and fits nicely in its space. Price was right, too. I would recommend this product.

this is a good size microwave and it's a little more expensive but worth the money if you defrost. this one works great whereas my previous microwaves didn't defrost very well and left a frozen center in everything, this one heats evenly. very satisfied

I've only had this for a day but so far I am happy with the look and performance. It has all the features that I need and is just about the right size. If anything could be improved I would say that a better light inside the oven would be good. The one that is in there is pretty dim but I'm sure that I will get used to it.

This is the newer version of the unit we've had for many years (that finally died). It's identical in size so fits in the cabinet opening, similar in function so we don't need to review the manual every time we want to heat something up. Only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is the interior cabinet of our original was white. This new model is metallic gray. Not too attractive when you open it.

We had to purchase a mid-size microwave because the hole from the previous combo unit doesn't fit an over with a microwave and trim kit. We like that the beeping doesn't keep beeping after cooking complete. Strong wattage and easy to use keypad.

Love the size of the microwave. Everything fits. Very powerful. I have melted many items trying to get used to it. I wish the stainless steel was black. It shows the fingerprints every time you open/close the door. Easy to use.

This microwave has been perfect. It's easy to use, doesn't take too much space, works wonderfully and best of all...you can't beat the price. I definitely would recommend this microwave because it's well worth the money...which won't empty out your wallet and it is truly a great microwave!

Replaced a 12yr old 1000 watt Panasonic microwave with this beaut.. The cost/ quality is exceptional and less noisy than the previous model. Cook time is faster and heating items even throughout. Popcorn took 1:58 on older & this one is 1:33. The stainless on black matched my other appliances and the interior is a much better finish. Only time will tell if it holds up as long....

This microwave has more power than is expected. You almost have to be careful not to burn your self. Easy to use and very user friendly. Very aesthetically appealing. Nice size for a counter top.

Controls are simple and intuitive. Easy to clean with a damp cloth. The interior light is a little dim. Size is perfect not too big that it takes up a lot of space, but big enough to heat larger dishes.

I researched online for one similar to my previous microwave which I had for 11 years. This one is as close as I could come and I am thrilled with every aspect. I would recommend this microwave to anyone. I just hope it lasts as long as the one I rieplaced. When I got to the store staff helped me find it on the shelf and delivered it to my car.

This 1250 w microwave is powerful and full featured. Easy to use function keys enhances the use of this appliance. Other features include: Easy to clean, quiet, rotating glass tray, interior light.

An oversized inner rotating platter allows for placement of large dishes, or more than one small dish. It is quiet and easy to use. All of this at a very reasonable price.

this unit auto defrost doesn't cut it. a 2 lb. Piece of frozen chicken gets burnt on the out side and frozen on the inside. Auto cook was ok, cool but not burnt.

This is a user friendly microwave that doesn’t require a degree in rocket science to operate. Some we’ve owned over the years have been confusing to set, especially for certain operations. Panasonic makes good devices that will last many years. We have an older one that was relegated to the workshop in the garage many years ago and it still works! The operation of this microwave is quiet and the “done” signal is adequate without being obnoxious. It has plenty of power and heats things more quickly and evenly than our last microwave. The only thing I would change is the interior design. A round interior chamber makes more sense than a rectangular one. It is easier to clean and has less wasted space. Overall, a good product and Best Buy sold it for a fair price.

We wanted to downsize and this was perfect. Just a little shorter but still just as deep. Runs very quiet. Love how the light lights up inside. Instructions are easy to understand. Easy to clean.
