I haven't used the microwave much but so far it is working well. I think the aesthetic could be better, but functionality is good.

Really nice, does everything it's supposed to do. Popcorn setting should be a little longer: I do 1:49 for the 3.5 oz bag. If it's close to your wifi router or near it's line-of-sight to a device, it will totally block the 2.4Ghz signals.

Very good appliance. This was our 2nd purchase of exact same make and model. It works like a charm and CR rates it highly too.

I bought this microwave to replace a cheap one that I had. It heats up very well and evenly. It has tons of space inside and I really missed having a microwave where I could type in the numbers and everything wasn’t preset. This microwave gave that feature back to me. Great purchase.

More than 20 years ago we purchased a Panasonic microwave. When my wife's son moved into a new home we gave him that microwave and purchased the same, updated model. It is as good as the old one, only more wattage. We expect it to last as long as the old one.

Excellent microwave. Cooks beautifully at 100%, much better than our old microwave. One shortcoming is performance at lower power levels, which seems to require too much time to warm or defrost (more than our previous microwave).

I love this Microwave, awesome product. It's heat up my foods pretty well. So far I have no problem with this Microwave.

I purchased this unit because a cheaper one I previously purchased did not cook evenly. The center was always over cooked. This unit cooks evenly even with large items. This unit is a bit larger than I expected but fortunately we have room on the counter for it.

Easy to operate, spacious, accurate settings, and good illumination of clock and setting choices. Fortunately the specs agreed with our space requirements; it easily replaced our previous Panasonic that was over 10 years old! I’m ok with warranty and wattage. Great brand.

Replaced similar Panasonic microwave with this one. Works fine. Sensor cooking requires learning the numeric codes and pressing button up to 14 times.

This is replacing the same model, which we loved. There is no better microwaving than inverter technology; they need to make an over-the-range model, then 3 more of my family members would buy one!!

The microwave works well. The reheat button and auto thaw are great features. The only small drawback is that you can’t see the function buttons well because the numbers and writing are not bright enough. It’s a small problem and benefits outweigh it.

Does everything I want it to. Looks nice. I bought a different brand off Amazon. It died after 5 weeks. So I came into Best Buy and picked this one up and I bought the warranty too, just in case. No complaints at all. Should have bought this one in the first place.

I am happy with it. I had a Panasonic MW that lasted since 1998 when I bought it preowned.

It works. Given double stapled shipping box and slightly dented unit i had my doubts! Hopefully it will continue to do so.

Works great! Light inside seems a little dim compared to others but it is not white on the inside of the microwave so that is probably why. No regrets with buying this microwave.
