Great microwave but the first one was defective

Stars off because we did have to return the first one and wait over a week to receive a replacement. One of the little plastic wheels under the turntable was out of round and bounced the plate up and down. Panasonic was not willing to just send a 25 cent replacement wheel so we had to bring the entire microwave back to best buy for replacement.

Negatives: Rather loud for its size. Also, no way to mute or turn off the beeps/tones when using the keypad or when the heating cycle finishes. I would expect those two items to be better for appliance in this price range.

Great microwave with even heating
