Awesome Microwave

Good Oven but Panasonic Customer Service Is Awful

The manual and tray support ring were just tossed inside the oven, and they damaged the magnetron shield which is just a piece of cardboard with mica laminated to it. I contacted Panasonic to get a new shield and discovered the bureaucratic nightmare that is Panasonic Customer Service. After 45 minutes of texting with someone who didn't care I was told I would be contact somehow, sometime (he didn't know) later with a response. A day later I got an email saying they would send the part with no apology and a reminder to not use the oven until I got it. Three days later I got the part but it was the wrong part! They can't even look up parts on their own website correctly! Back to Panasnic I go! So now I have to wait even longer to use my oven which was a replacement for a 17 year old microwave. I only hope the microwave is a good one. Too bad I live far from a BB or I would have returned it by now

Sounds a little tinny when you close the door. I don't think to much of the newer appliances.
