Quit working after 13 months

This one, however, quit working after thirteen months. It displays H98. Since it was one month past one year I can’t get any help. Disappointed to have to buy and install another microwave after having this one for a year. I don’t think I will be purchasing this one again.

It crashed so badly I had to replace it! By the time we were able to drive to the next town over we were past 15 days. This is a big problem since it quit working all together! If I hadn't bought the geek squad we would have been out the $245.00! I couldn't believe that fact! So be careful 15 days only, not the normal 30 days! So bummed with the microwave and with Best Buy!
