works great easy to use looks nice great buy had older model for many years when new one was needed , easy to decide to get newer model of one i had been using

Pricey but so worth it. I talk about this microwave ALL the time. Bought a new house and wanted to indulge in something nice. Very powerful and doesn't take too long to heat something up. Love it!

Replaced a 1200 watt Sharp that was 23 years old before it gave out. So far, this has worked perfectly, easy controls to operate, turntable providing even heat cooking. It's a microwave. Gets the job done efficiently. We like the 1250 but do not see much difference, if any, between this for heating time versus the old 1200 unit. Not sure what the point of the '50' is beyond marketing strategy.

Bought open box unit for $150 with zero problems to date. It’s far superior to the unit I replaced it with and absolutely happy with the power and size. In fact, it’s so powerful I’ve had to reduce cooking times and/or lower settings from frozen package directions.

This microwave is powerful, a good size, and was a good price.

I bought this to replace the same brand and style that lasted about 4 years and was still under extended warranty. Unfortunately, they no long make the bigger one I had, so this is smaller. I preferred the white interior of the old one, which made it easy to illuminate, whereas this one has a dark, enamel interior that does not reflect any light onto what you are cooking to see how it's doing, so the rather dim light of the oven is all you have unless you take the item out. That's probably more of a problem for older eyes like mine that need more light than they used to. The height of this oven is bit low. I have an insulated 12-oz Kwik Trip coffee mug that is too tall for it, so I have to heat my coffee in a shorter container and transfer it to the insulated mug. The timer works well - I set it for 5 minutes to steep after I boil water and put my tea bag in. I tried one of the casserole settings and it went a bit long, but if I use it a bit more I'll probably get a feel for what adjustment is needed. Power Level set for less that full-power does not show very clearly when cooking. If I wonder if I remembered to set it for a lower level, I can't tell from the read-out as it is cooking. I have to stop the oven and re-set it to make sure. On the old one, the power level was on the read-out during cooking. That was better. For general use, it's fine, but I really liked the old one better. Oh well, c'est la vie! (If I find one I like better, maybe I'll donate this one to the family cabin.)

I love my new Panasonic microwave. Its just the right wattage, the right size, the right color and has all of the features that are favorites of mine. I have had 4 microwaves over the past 30 years. All Panasonic. All but the first one have had the turbo defrost feature which is one of my favorites. There are now more new feaures on my new one and I love them all.

This microwave works well and is quiet compared to our last one. The digital display is a little dim and it has fewer quick action features than our last, but overall very happy with it

Unit light weight, easy to use and has lots of power. I don’t like the interior color of gray, but it cooks food nicely and was not that expensive. So far, so good

Panasonic is my favorite brand . My old Panasonic microwave is still good but I want to get a stainless steel one to match my appliances. This one is powerful, good looking and easy to use. I like it

What a great appliance. Works really good, makes popcorn pretty good. The popcorn button works like it should. The interior seems a little short. Nice width and depth, just seems short on the inside. If the display were bright green or yellow it would be easier to seee the time from across the room. The blue color is pretty but hard to see.

This microwave does just what it was designed to do, the cyclonic inverter heats evenly so less stirring. Does great reheating plates with mixed foods. The sensor reheat works well. Only small issue is that the LED interior light is dim and the interior cabinet is dark in color, making it difficult to see the food as it is heating. This makes it hard to watch out for boil overs.

very nice! working well as expected. So far so good. Controls are a little different than previous model we had, but that is expected. Less noisy. Because it is gray inside, could use more light, hard to see.

Bought this Panasonic Microwave to replace my GE that after just two years took a powder and put on a light show. The Panasonic is very powerful and easy to use. Performs very well, and after reading the manual we could see all that us is capable of. We use it every day. Great replacement for our home.

This microwave works wonderfully. It heats evenly and defrosts easily. My only criticism is needing to keep the manual handy. Without the manual, you don't know which setting is for baked potatoes, soup, frozen meals, etc. They are only numbered, whereas with my previous microwave, the items came up as you pushed the buttons. Other than that, I am really happy with this product.

This unit is very similar to the last Panasonic Microwave I had that gave 24 years of great service. I expect that this one will give many years of good use, too. The only thing I would change is a brighter interior light. The halogen light is not as bright and it's hard to see the product while it's cooking.

This microwave cooked well, was spacious, and the control keypad worked well. BUT the display was so dim I could only see it when I was directly in front of the microwave. When I was on the other side of our kitchen Island (about 7-8 ft), I could not read the display at all. We chose to return this microwave for a refund.

This is our third Panosonic Inverter microwave. They have lasted 5-6 yrs. of heavy use. This one is a little bigger than our last one and about 50 watts more powerful. Others have commented on the Blue LCD clock which at a distance, >6 feet is a little difficult to read as the blue light blurs. Other than that we are very pleased. The door on this model opens and closes much easier than the last one we had where you had to really shut it hard to make it close. Good value for the price - $169 even if you have to replace in another 5-6 yrs.
