    East to use and good quality. Replaced our LG microwave because all of the control panel settings were accessible when you opened up the door (bad design). Happy with this microwave!

    Just received the microwave and noted some damage to the box and styrofoam packing. Set the unit up on a smooth, granite countertop and noted the unit rocked back and forth. Also, the door is slightly sagging and looks poorly aligned with the rest of the unit. I'm surprised at how short the microwave chamber is. They could have used lower profile feet and given the chamber more space while still keeping the same height. I'll be returning this microwave and, after seeing the quality and design issues, selecting a different brand.
