Microwave works great. Easy to use and does a good job at heating food. Simple to usez

I buy this product for the capacity and special detail, after a year and half, I was make a pock corn and inside the microwave start a fire, making a lot smoke, thank god I was there and not my kids.

The new cyclonic inverter heats foods fast with no cold spots.

This unit replaced a previous Panasonic model that suddenly died. Both were the higher power (1250 watt) with "cyclonic inverter", which really cooks food fast and thoroughly. Expect to shave off 20 percent from all suggested microwave times. I unfortunately smashed the LCD screen while struggling to unpack, so just be aware it's vulnerable. Despite that, still works like a charm!

This replaced a Panasonic microwave that I had for over 10 years. This works just as well.

This model is exactly what I wanted to replace an earlier model that lasted over 10 years.

Purchased this microwave on November 26, 2023. It worked without problems until January 17, 2024 when it stopped working (no lights, no error message). That's 52 days, and incredibly disappointing life span. As luck would have it, that's also 4 days after its return period for Best Buy.

I returned this microwave. It was too small for me after being a long time user of a family sized (2.?) cubic foot Sharp Carousel. The Panasonic's interior was described as white, but was, in fact, medium gray. Although, it had an interior light the itty, bitty, led "pin" light did not illuminate anything enough to be helpful. Can't really say anything about daily use or value. I did find and buy the current Sharp 2.2 Carousel and am, as of this first few weeks, very happy with it.

This is just what we were looking for. So far everything is working great.

Purchased the Panasonic 1.6 Cu. Ft. microwave to replace a Whirlpool micro whose lifespan was way to short ( burned out display lights/ total failure just a few years into use). the Panasonic looks great, works great and fits nicely into my cabinet space . For a smaller micro it just felt solid , especially simply opening and closing the door. That to me indicated it's well built.

I find the programming choices convenient and intuitive. Outstanding defrosting cycle: one weighs the food, presses "turbo defrost," enters the weight in lbs or fractions of a lb, and pushes "start," and the rest is automatic. Food defrosts; does not cook. Outstanding touch menu panel: I mean that your fingernails won't scratch it. Touch door opener has a stainless steel pad (not plastic) and while it shows fingerprints, it is virtually unscratchable. The 1250 watt microwave source is adequate---we always run it on its "high" setting---and the machine is not especially noisy. It can perform fancy cooking tasks, but we don't use it that way. We find it great for warming milk in coffee cups, reheating food of every sort. Defrosting. Cooking "baked" potatoes fast. The oven is high enough so that one can stand a 12-oz. bottle of maple syrup inside, upright and capless to warm. It appears to be very well made and will probably last a good long while.

The unit performs very well. Quite powerful and plenty of cooking space.

Great microwave. Easy instructions. Easy to use. Gets the job done.
