Wonderful microwave. The sensor reheat is wonderful. Defrosting isn't as good as I was expecting having an inverter and all. Never used my old microwave to defrost but figured I'd try it with this one. Still starts cooking it before its thawed. But not a big deal as I didn't buy it for that reason specifically.

Great Microwave with even cooking results that I'm very happy with. The only minor detail that I don't care for is that it does have a pretty loud, tinny sound when you close the door on it, but that being said, I'm about used to it now. The actual cooking quality is what matters more and that is great!

It is better than I thought/expected. It had better be though because it was expensive, but worth it. Setup was easy; just plug it in. Easy to use. Heats food really well, cooks well and defrosts works well too. Overall, I am very pleased with this microwave.

Panasonic has been around for a long time now. So has the 1000 watt microwave. BUT, this one is 1250 watts and no guidence as to how much time to adjust for the extra 250 watts of cooking power. First try left the food dry and like leather. Now it's trial and error, but I'm still eating!

Bought this microwave today because it was in stock, good reviews and I needed a reliable microwave for Thanksgiving. Well, it lasted all of 15 minutes. Plugged it in. Followed setup instructions perfectly. Tried sensor reheat on a piece of pizza. Half way warmed it up. Tried heating up for 30 secs at full power a small cooked potato. Still cold. So tried again, but then got an error code H97. Power error of some sort according to book. Unplugged, reset. same thing. Return to manufactor or service center the book said. Well, that was great with Thanksgiving less than 24 hours away. I'll return today and try a different brand. Disappointed as it is a nice looking unit.

This oven stopped working after 6 months - first displayed 888888, if you pressed start the oven made a click sound then went blank. I unplugged, waited 10 minutes and plugged back in - no response. Blank screen, no interior light. Outlet worked fine with other appliances. Several calls to Best Buy came up with being put on hold, offered to be transferred (to a line that hung up at a couple of minutes). Beyond aggravated.

This microwave was the closest in size to the one I was replacing, among units well rated by Consumer Reports. It is attractive, as a counter-top appliance, and functions as advertised. My only criticism is the glass turntable moves off its holder too easily, at the slightest nudge.

One month after warranty the microwave is sparking and smoking. Has to be replaced. Hr magnetron warranty has a 5yr warranty, but the instructions from experts say it is very dangerous to replace yourself. So that is useless, because getting someone to replace that part would cost you more than a new microwave. Very disappointed to see a Panasonic microwave fail after 13 months. You pay more for their brand.

Great value for the money spent. I purchased an open box in "excellent condition" however there was unfortunately a visible dent in the front of the microwave that I see every time I use it. I probably would not have categorized this open box as excellent condition.

I appreciated the representative, Kathy, from Best Buy in Pineville NC, for showing us how superb the service at Best Buy could be. She aided us through everything we needed to know about our Panasonic Microwave, which we are now very happy with. These folks are well trained!

This microwave is good. It was too small for my insert so I had to return it.

It does what it need to do. I didn’t buy it for the thrills, just got it to heat up food.

If you buy 3 of these, they must be good. Bought one for our primary home, then our getaway place, and after an electrical surge/power outage fried 3 appliances, we replaced the microwave with an identical model at the request of my wife.

I have only used a few times but I am not happy with the light inside the microwave while cooking, WAY too dim!!!! Practically useless!!! Also not happy about the height of the inside. When stirring something my spoon hits the top of the microwave. Way too short inside dimensions. Otherwise still trying to learn about sensor reheating option, etc. Wish it would relate power settings to wattage in the manual. Wish I had my old Panasonic back. It was only 700 watts so I got this one. Mistake.

I love it ! High powered and deep wonderful microwave

Bought this model based on the consumer reports and it did not disappoint. It defrosts without cooking my food, the reheat sensor function works great. Would definitely recommend this microwave. It’s also over side inside.

Works great. Similar to older version. Nice size!!
