It worked great for 2 years. Today when I used it it started buzzing. I looked inside and saw an orange glow and it was smoking. I tried cleaning it really well, then tried again and the same thing happened. It was a bit scary, but nothing bad ultimately happened. I have no idea what is going on,but it is hard to trust it now.

Worst kitchen product ever!

It is extremely loud and shuts off in the middle of warming. I have yet to have a hot meal from it. I have reverted to cooking everything on the stove like in the 1970's.

The second unit also heats unevenly but differently. I don't know if I can return the second one as I have disposed of the packaging. Will discuss with Best Buy.

Surprisingly small in height

This microwave js very long in depth but height is wayyy too less. On top of it, the tray wheels are massive and tray is lifted half inch from base. It just felt too small due to height restriction. This would be a great microwave if it was taller and tray was lush with microwave entrance. I had to replace it with LG which has way better form factor.

Don't buy this one!

H98 code kept appearing after 1 year. It still look like brand new but can't use it. I have to look for the solution on youtube to reset this error code. too much hassle but still doing everytime using it. sometime it works after reset sometime the reset doesn't do anything. Junk!
