The invertor is supposed to cook food evenly. It does NOT. It is no better than a regular microwave. Some of the food is warm, some is still cold. Do NOT spend the extra money for an invertor. I despise this microwave, but I am stuck with it at this point. I waited to start using it after the no return date. That part is my fault.

Doesn't Cook Well

It didn't cook well. Food never seemed fully cooked even after adding extra minutes. And the inside height is not enough (even less height than last version) though the microwave is pretty big on the outside. Door seemed cheaply made. Don't know why this is rated so high. Disappointed - had to return it. On the bright side, Best Buy has been GREAT about returns!
