I am very happy with my new microwave. It is a replacement for one that I had for many years of the same model which made it very easy to use. I hope Panasonic keeps making this model. The Best Buy employees were very helpful when I came to pick it up. Thanks to all.

This microwave does not have a green LED display as shown in the photos. The unit we received has a very dark blue display instead which is nearly impossible to read from more than a few feet away. The display color does not match our other appliances as expected when ordering, and we are no longer able to see the clock from across the kitchen as we were with the unit this is replacing. Other than that minor issue it seems to be great microwave!

Our old microwave died after 15 years. After some research, this model was chosen as the replacement. It's simple and easy to use, and has been great to have since purchase. Hopefully it lasts many years as well.

We had a Panasonic microwave before which gave great service for 23 years. This model fits in the same space and the inside is even easier to clean. So we are very happy with it. There are some features, like the defrost, that are new to us and very handy to have.

My favorite microwave, I had my other Panasonic 1.6 cu ft 1250 watt for25 years or more until it stopped working. I bought another one and use it sev. times a day. I cook many things on it with good results. Love it! Opal Morgan

Lots of presets and features and heats food well and is extremely simple to use. Large capacity is perfect for a big family and cleaning is a snap. Highly recommended!

Excellent product no issues. Only one downside and that is the blue display. Can barely see it unless you are very close. Not a deal breaker by far but a minor nuisance

I’m purchased the Panasonic cyclonic inverter microwave 8/21/2023 Model NN-SN77HSAPH and have really enjoyed the sensor cooking and reheating options. It takes a few days to get used to the difference from my previous microwave. I am hoping this lasts longer than my last 2 did. This is a different make. The only thing so far that would have made this better is if they had more instructions on cooking various foods but with a little trial and error things seem to be working out. I did take the 4 year warranty because neither of my previous units lasted that long and the regular warranty is only 1 year and you have to take them in for service. This warranty covers parts and labor.

Cooks great but lacks some features I would like to have. The compartment is kind of low and hard to see into so it’s hard to tell if something is boiling yet. It would be nice if it started automatically when the door is closed and certain functions are selected. For example it could start when the 30 second button is pressed or when sensor reheat is pressed. Or coffee reheat for that matter. It also heats the top of a mug of coffee just a bit more than the bottom portion. On the plus side I really like the sensor cooking feature. It does a great job on fresh vegetables.

This microwave cooks great & really even! No more odd cold spots and it looks nice on the counter. It even got here fast when I ordered it.

We just received our microwave yesterday so cannot comment on how it works. Like others have said, the blue numbers on the display are hard to read and the interior of the oven is dark. Our last microwave was white inside and lit up really well. This one is very dimly lit inside and hard to see what's happening during use.

This replaced a twenty-year-old microwave, so it is not a surprise that it is much better than its predecessor. It is quiet and effective. I like the fact that it beeps once, after completing its assignment, and does not keep reminding me that I have not removed the food from the unit. Others may value the reminder, but for me, it was annoying. This is larger than our previous unit, and we appreciate the space.

The Panasonic SN77HS has met all my expectations. Easy to work.

This model recommended by Consumer Reports fits the dimensions I need and so far is doing a great job. The door opening button works easily and the power control is simple to use. The instructions provide clarity and options for different needs. For the price, this seems a versatile appliance.

We couldn't be more pleased with this microwave. The large turntable fits everything! And the inverter defrost mode is great, making it so quick and easy to prepare meals from the freezer. We have to admit that the button we use most is the one for popcorn; it comes out with almost all the kernels popped and no burnt kernels.
