Great microwave. The thaw function is awesome. The only thing not to my liking is that on the picture of the item, the inside is white. Not so with the one I picked up. The interior is dark grey.

Pros: it looks good Cons: you have to press the power button each time if you want anything lower than the maximum. There’s no way to set a different default. Can’t see what’s special about the inverter technology. It heats the sides and the inside is cold. Like any cheap microwave oven.

Purchased this model to replace the same Panasonic 1250 watt I previously had that stopped working. The inside of the oven was larger on my old model which is not my reason for my 3 star rating. With this being the same 1250 watt this new model does not cook or warm up as well as the old model. I have to put my coffee in for the coffee setting of 1 min 10 sec then add anotheer 8 seconds to get it hot. Never had to do this on my old model 1 min was enough. Thought I was getting the same quality.

I had this microwave for 4 years and it suddenly stopped working. That seems like a short life, but it is only $200. It worked well while we had it. The touch pad is curious to me. Is popcorn that important that it gets its own button?

it is short in height but has not caused a problem. It works very well. We purchased the trim kit, looks great!

The sensor cooking is usually ineffective for me. I can no longer thaw meat or cook frozen things like vegetables. I used to always steam my veggies, but it way overcooks them now. I've never had a microwave get hot on the top like this one. We can't keep anything on top of the microwave because items get way too hot. I can rewarm a drink, heat water or warm a meal. We paid too much to get a new one. Disappointed we didn't use this more within the return time otherwise we would have returned it and gotten something else.

Cooks very even on all the food I put in it. Has a lot of usable space.

DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT!! I purchased this microwave last March from here. It was working great only for one year. For a $200 microwave, I was expecting it to last at least 5 years as my $60 microwave from another brand is going on its 7th year. It started releasing a strong plastic burning smell when it was in use. The smell was so strong that I had to keep every window in my house open for an hour to get rid of the smell. I went to the Panasonic website, but the phone number listed on their website wasn't working, so the customer service is non-existent. Don't waste your money. Choose another brand.
