I bought this microwave for my mother, I needed something simple and something that would not be difficult for her to use. It heats up her food, fast and efficiently.

only issue is I'm not crazy about the menu knob. I find trying to use the sensor cook/menu is tedious and inconvenient. I just use the knob to set the desired cook time. For such a nice unit one would think they would come up with a more user friendly control pad. Other then that, it is large, cooks fast, has the inversion technology meaning it cooks constantly instead of on/off like the other brands. Had it a decent control panel it would earn 5 stars.

My old microwave, a Whirlpool, died after 13 years. I did some research and finally decided on this one. I am so happy I did! I have already tried cooking more different foods in this one that I ever did in the old one, and so far it has not let me down. I especially love how powerful it is, and the stainless steel looks great on my black granite countertop. I could not be more pleased with this purchase!

We purchased this microwave because we liked the color and size which matched the size of the microwave that burned up in the lightning strike that hit our house a few weeks before. so far it seems to work fine just like the old microwave. We hope it lasts a long long time and can survive a lightning strike. Otherwise we will be replacing this one too.

We really like this microwave. It's 1200 compared to one we had that was 1100 so not much difference in power but the Panasonic beats it hands down. It heats evenly and in much less time than my old ones and others I've used. It's easy to use too. My son recommended it and I checked out other reviews before buying. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a microwave

Never purchased a better micowave for our Family usage. Perfect size for our space available and does evrything it advertized to be. Much better than the old one which was a Sharp.

Excellent features and ease of use. The price was very reasonable and delivery was fast. Noise is very little and the larger capacity makes it useful for all requirements.

I purchased this microwave because my last one which was a Panasonic broke in two years. The main reason I purchased this oven was the size. All the others that were in stock were much smaller. So far the oven has had no problems and it's easy to use. This is my first time using a turning time setting, but it wasn't that hard to get use to. If you're looking for a good microwave, this one is a good choice that comes in stainless steel

We paid around $200 for this microwave on sale. Inverter technology gives the microwave the real ability at last to operate at different power levels whereas the power setting on other microwaves actually is more of a timer to simply toggle it on and off but always at full power. Although we have no scientific equipment to verify their claims, we find that it works really well. It's a huge improvement over our previous microwave. First of all, it fits full size plates. Also, we have not found hot/cold spots at all, which was a big problem with our previous two microwaves. The defrost function is super fast and defrosts evenly. This is an excellent microwave. The defrost function does go by weight and we keep a food scale right on top. We highly recommend it.

Works fast and efficiently. The only problem I have with this appliance is the door does not release every time I push in the square button to open it. Poor mechanism.

The microwave works great and cooks food even more quickly than the microwave that it replaced. You can use the dial on the front to set the time. It looks nice, except for the fingerprints that stainless steel is famous for. The kids learned how to use it very easily, so its pretty intuitive even to a 10 year old.

Looked at online reviews and all high-end, built-in microwave ovens seemed to be made by just a few manufacturers, namely Panasonic and Sharp. This Panasonic model has the same dimensions as a Bosch unit that burnt out after just a few years, plus it was an open-box unit that Best Buy offered for a fraction of the Bosch. So far, it has performed flawlessly even though the door has to be slammed shut every time.

This microwave is everything you need.This microwave has many settings and features, take full advantage of them, reading the manual. Easy to clean and you can reach all the way to the back because of the size. It's a very nice appliance to have in the kitchen along with our other stainless steel appliances.

I chose this oven for its large cooking compartment, attractive design, and good reviews. The only drawback I have found is that the door opener button takes a fair amount of pressure to operate, instead of the easy ones I have encountered on other microwaves. Otherwise, this oven is performing well for both quick reheating and more lengthy food preparation.

We wanted a microwave that would look nice in our kitchen. It is built in to our cabinetry and matches our other appliances. We like the dial feature and the overall size is a bonus. It works great for warming and defrosting. It doesn't cook the meat while defrosting it like our other microwaves.
