had to replace it ones and broke again.

Second one broke again less than a month of use. It does not stay on longer than 20 seconds to 2 mins. Just depends. has to be unplugged and re-plugged to use. Best Buy won't help much, we weren't able to leave the house in time to return it in "time" due to everything going on. Panasonic doesn't have a working 1800 number that a person answers. Online chat only and who knows how long will it take for them to respond. very frustrating poor quality device has created.

I followed the instructions to get things started, clock set, etc. At that point everything looked good. So I tried the reheat function according to directions. It appeared to run for about 10 seconds, then stopped. I tried the same thing, and it again only ran a few seconds before stopping. Next I simply tried to go manually with 70% power, it never really started but gave me an H98 error code. Tried one last time, got same error code. Obviously, I had to return it.

I don't care who the manufacturer is of any small home appliance, when it only last this short a period of time, the manufacturer should be held accountable, replacing the product is the right thing to do, but Panasonic is not willing to do that!

The plug doesn't fit flat against the outlet wall.

Good, powerful mic... adjustable power is a plus

The adjustable power is a great feature. The one downside is that it would probably be easier to use if you typed in the time as opposed to using a dial.

Sensors Over Cook & Reheat

I really wanted to like it, but it over cooked and over reheated everything using the sensors. Even when I chose the less option. I will be returning and purchasing different unit.

Posted .Thank you for providing feedback on your experience. If the sensor cooking options are consistently overcooking the food it may be related to the amount you are heating. To use sensor cooking you have to make sure you have at least 4 ounces of weight to cook. Using less than 4 ounces will result in overcooked food. -AM
