Microwave worked perfect for our kitchen we love it

The person who selected this device for us does not seem to be knowledgeable - The device along with the trim kit did not fit in the space allotted

The top of the microwave gets so hot it could easily burn your hand and pose as a possible fire threat if it were mounted ionside a cabinet. a very dangerous product and i am amazed that Best Buy would sell such a dangerous product to its customers.

Not a review of the product because I didn’t use it. Item arrived in mail broken.

Display is too dim to read, unit works OK but hard to seee time or time set

This is a very sleek, POWERFUL (yet pretty quiet), technologically solid microwave, with a lot of smart, intuitive features, and I really do recommend it. If I were to say there was one thing that gave my wife and I tiny pause of mutual micro-annoyance, it was the knob for dialing-up the cooking time, rather than just tapping it in on a keypad succinctly. I must admit, turning the knob and seeing the numbers shooting up or down so responsively, has a certain satisfaction, but it does come at the expense of an extra few seconds that tapping the exact time doesn't take. If a safe-cracking moment to get the time just right is no biggie to you--this is a 5-star microwave.

I know Panasonic to a good product but I am not lucky with this one.

After reading many reviews that seemed to indicate that all the various brands have problems, even if top rated in Consum. Reprts., finally decided that the dissatisfied are the most motivated to take the time to write a complaint/review. Even so, some important issues are noted. I also have experienced that many of the loudest complaints regarding things other than outright part failure appear to be heavily influenced by impatience, a lack of basic manual reading, a misunderstanding of what is to be expected, or a lack of common sense. I like my unit very much after 2 months use. It cooks very well, evenly, fast. Easy to use the dial to set time. Unit is very classy looking. It does take some counter space, so premeasure. Large glass turntable, easily removable to clean, needs to be placed properly on hub and guides but works fine. Like all things with plastic parts, don't force it to turn by hand or it could break, but otherwise no problem. There are a number of auto features that truthfully we have not made use of yet, but will probably try, such as the sensing auto cook that stops after sensing steam. So far, we have used it like we always have in a hectic busy family, setting a time and Start. Can see through glass OK to see if need to stop early. Sound level is comfortable, beeps too. Both better than my previous brand. I ordered online for instore pickup. Very smooth system. So far, I highly recommend this model. Apparently all microwaves want a dedicated 20amp circuit, and have for many years (who knew?). If your house outlets are standard 15amp lines and you choose to continue to use one, be sure not to use the same line for your coffee maker, etc. Circuit may trip, or line may overheat. I suggest using a surge protector on the line like your PC to protect the electronics from degredation from spikes/brownouts/RFI.

Bad experience nothing to share I don’t recommend you this product search more other brands company has bad customer service too. hard to clean if you don’t clean it each time .

We have been using this microwave for over a month and it works fine performance wise with no problems, Very easy to use, Its an Excellent choice for the budget minded buyer, Fingerprints become apparent on the front after you start using it.

Replacement for an older version of the same one however it wasn't the exact one and so we needed to return it...bc we needed it to fit into a specific space

Don't buy this microwave, just died less than 2 years old. Our last microwave, a Sharp, lasted 14 years.

Too many buttons, settings etc. Very hard to use especially with no one demonstrating it to you.

This microwave is very good, powerful and big. I love and use the Sensor/Reheat option most often. Both microwaves were bought new and both lasted for about 8 years each, furthermore, they both failed in the same way. The push button mechanism eventually fails to open the door. Everything else still worked fine at the time of door failure, if you can't get the door open, what good is the microwave. Oh by the way, I've noticed that most other manufactures are adopting the same kind of push button method as well for opening the door. They really need to go back to the door handle, but then again, they would simply figure out another way for the unit to fail. Gotta keep the customers coming back for more. Since it does take 8 years for the door mechanism to wear out, I suppose I can recommend this model to other customers. In my experience, everything else has worked like a champ. It really is a very good microwave.

I have had this microwave for several months and it has performed flawlessly. It’s big and roomy and looks great. The functions are easy to use. I would recommend to family and friends.
