I bought this microwave yesterday on sale at Best Buy for $169.99 to replace my 9-year-old Panasonic microwave, which I also bought from BB. The know is so easy to operate & actually is quicker than using a traditional touchpad. This stainless steel unit looks great in my kitchen.

Really dont have any complaints, very happy with the purchase. Would easily give 5 out of 5 stars but like all things it can always be better. I didnt think I would like the spin knob but i really like it now. The features take a while to get used to but like any electonic thats true. Also works great for building into cabinets as the door hinges are perfect for that.

I was looking for a larger microwave that would accommodate a casserole dish. This is perfect! It is so easy to use and works great. The kids love the prompts.

This is the best microwave I've owned. This is my second; first was replaced under service contract after 3 1/2 years of hard, home use. I was happy that this model was still being made, I drove to another store that had it in stock, because I did not want to change. The dial control takes a little getting used to, but I love it now. Sensor cook, sensor reheat, and keep-warm all work well. For the money you can't beat this machine in the full size category. Easily holds a 9 in. pyrex.

Easy to use, works perfectly, quiet and looks stylish. Very happy with this microwave.

This is the fourth full size Panasonic Microwave we have owned in several years. We like the capacity, power, and the easy to use settings. The first lasted eight years and the second is in our bar, still working great after 10 years. We purchased the third one for our kitchen, but it lasted only 26 months and then died abruptly in late March, 2008. It came on for a few seconds, then - nothing. I thought we just got a lemon, but still thought highly of their product. So I looked in local stores and online for a month before I was able to locate the large 2.2 cubic foot model in stainless steel - each store listed it as 'unavailable at this time'. I then called Panasonic and asked if they were experiencing a problem and was informed that it should be available soon. I continued checking frequently and found it in late April. I picked up the new one on April 29, 2008, and it died today AFTER ONLY 10 WEEKS!!. Same problem as the last one - came on for a few seconds and then an error message: 'H97'. I checked the owner's manual for the explanation: POSSIBLE CAUSE: "This displaying indicates a problem with the microwave generating system." REMEDY: "Please contact an authorised Service Center (see page 27). I kept the box and it's going back tomorrow and I will purchase an LG and try it. I believe Panasonic has some major quality issues right now.

I recently saw this microwave being used at the Cotton Eyed Joe’s BarBQue in Noel Mo. I ask the kitchen Mgr Brad, how he liked the Panasonic Microwave, he recommended it strongly. After buying the Microwave I realized what Brad meant this is the easiest Microwave to use ever. Not only is it easy to use it is efficient!

First of all, I was not happy to have to buy the model with the knob. I thought I wanted push buttons. It turns out that the knob is an easy-to-use thing that does the time by seconds, minutes, etc. Nice surprise! We had originally bought the model that was just cheaper. We had done a lot of research and no where in the info did we find that it was for countertop use only!!!(the cheaper one) We took it back because we plan to build it in. This one can be used for that. The capacity is very large. I had been using one for 31 years that I could put a 9X13 pan into and did not want to change that. This one does it well! The main thing I don't like is the flat panel that you press to open the door. I think a button on the door would be better. But when it is built in, it won't be a problem. Right now it moves the whole oven to open the door. I like the instant one-minutes that were not available 31 years ago! I like the sensor cook but it doesn't really sense when you just want your sandwich warmed....more research needed on my part! The cord was not very long so we had to add an extension. Use a good appropriate cord for this. We live in a 34 year old home and the outlet was behind the oven...just a little farther than the new cord could rech. Like the oven lots!

Sensor cooking with Panasonic's Inverter technology means this big boy is capable and easy to use. I've cooked 5 lb. whole chickens in 40 min. Cakes in casserole dishes in less than 10 min. My 4 year old daughter can cook breakfast sausages by herself and I don't have to worry about the house filling with smoke. If you get one of these (or any Panasonic with Sensor/Inverter) be warned that a mortal microwave will no longer satisfy you.

This is a great morcowave, large inside. The one touch options and sensor reheat option are great.

This micorwave is lovely to look at and wonderful to use. Has the quick buttons I need and cooks perfectly. The sensor setttings never fail to cook superbly.

Wonderful - the knob for the time you desire to microwave is sooo much easier to use. I read some people didn’t like it. I do love it because you can easily change it without entering numbers. I love that there are so many kinds/types of foods you can use to sensor cook!!!

Looks good, cooks well, easy to use, large, but doesn't last long. The plastic door opening button just doesn't open the door anymore. Bought it December of 2018. Glad I bought the 5 year warranty. They just don't make them like they used to. Going with a different brand, hoping to get at least 10 years out of it.

Replaced an older model of this Panasonic microwave that was 3 years old and served our family of 5 fairly well. Had one issue with that model. Door latch/switch broke in 2nd year of ownership after warranty. Managed to fix it to work well enough for daily use. Fix lasted 18 months. Bought this newer version with updated switches, functions and interface and we use it many times each day. So far it has performed flawlessly and we are very happy with it.

I LOVE the metal dial for time, omg how easy!.. no pushing a digital plastic button 50 times. The "quik minute" button rocks as well!. The temp adjustment, simplicity!! I've had much higher priced microwaves that were too complicated/time consuming to use "properly" but this one is a solid win. The metal buttons, beat plastic film covered pads magnificently, You don't have to grab for a manual every time you want to use it, it's THAT easy to understand.

I love the size and I love how it heats and cooks and that's all there is to say about it other than the fact that it looks good while doing it.

Brand new inverter technology heats like no other. This microwavew will change the way you think about microwave cooking. Cooks in about 1/3 the regular microwave time. A 3.5oz bag of microwave popcorn ... try 30 seconds or less!! I love it!
