Big, high-power, versatile, easy to use but stopped working after 3 weeks with the dreaded H96 code on the display.

Microwave purchased for a company break room because we didn't feel like getting another commercial model. Under 3 weeks of heavy use, it still is running strong and feel it will last quite a while. Construction is excellent for the price and seemingly is a great value for the money. The power is plenty and the features are more than what the average use will need. Having a dial for the timer setting is the best feature of all. No more hitting flat tackless buttons to put in the time. The dial is easy to use and is a great convenience.

Best Buy did a great job replacing our second broken GE Monogram Microwave with this Panasonic brand. The GE unit only lasted about 2 years. I was glad to see it go when Best Buy recycled it for us. We're loving the Panasonic.

Microwave works amazing. This has been a great product. We bought the similar model 10 years ago for our employee breakroom. It takes a beating every day but performs like a champ.

Gets food heated properly. Easy to operate. Easy to clean

My old panasonic (~4 years) up and died. It wasn't worth the cost of fixing it even if it looked brand new. Thus a new microwave was needed. This new microwave was exactly the same as the old with the exception of maybe some programmable features (which I haven't attempted) and a moronic design of a dial. If I could have found a microwave the same size, color and power, I would not have bought this one. However, the microwave works great but I just keep getting fustrated with having to dial in '2 minutes 22 seconds' versus hitting 222. The cleaning aspect of the dial is horrible if you have kids. Get rid of the dial and put the numbers back on and it would be the ultimate microwave. My time constraint (day before Halloween party) forced me to purchase this microwave.

Works like a charm! Like the.dial more then the.bottons. Looks good and easy to clean. Price was very reasonable.when compared to other models.

I have had over the range microwaves for a long time. I recently moved into a home that had a shelf made for a microwave. It seemed most microwave manufactures only built quality microwaves in the over-the-range format. This particular Panasonic broke that mold. It's a great on-the-counter microwave that performs great and is easy to clean. I couldn't be happier about a microwave. Wow, I should settle down...it's a microwave.

This Panasonic is a replacement for my previous one that worked reliably for many years. I especially like this model as it is simple to use and is very efficient because unlike most other brands it uses an inverter.

I don’t understand why Panasonic felt they had to abandon the traditional numeric entry keypad we are all so accustomed to. The dial that must be used to set time and weight functions is a big nuisance. It takes more time to precisely set the cook time and weights when programming for a cook or defrost session. I always thought one of the big features of microwave ovens was to provide for fast and convenient cooking? There’s nothing fast or convenient about having to use an analog dial to set time and weight numbers into a cooking process. PANASONIC, what were you thinking? As nice as your machine looks and functions in cooking, it is equally disappointing in how we have to program it for use. I don’t know if Panasonic did any consumer based product tests before they settled on this design but I find it difficult to believe the average user would prefer this design over a traditional digital keypad. My guess would be they chose this design based strictly on the cost of production materials, and no consumer based blind product testing. This machine is nice looking and functions as advertised. However, because of its size, it would have been nice if they had used a 90 degree AC plug in order to give me the opportunity to save another inch of counter top space from in front of the machine. Bottom line here, is that if you can tolerate the analog dial for setting time and weight functions you will like this machine. The inverter technology is the biggest advancement in microwave oven technology that I’ve seen since their introduction.

Great Unit. We bought this to replace a smaller, lower power microwave. The sensor cooking / re-heat and the Inverter Turbo Defrost are great enhancements. After using this unit for just a few days, we know we will never willingly do without these features ever again. The Microwave works & looks great, & the higher (1250 Watt) power really cooks things so much faster.

We bought this brand and model because of our previous experience with one of the same. It lasted 15 years. Also we figured the learning curve would be smaller because it's the same model. The new one has a few more watts than the last one. All in all this is an excellent microwave and I highly recommend you all purchase one too. Also it only took ten minutes from when I started looking for one on Best buy's website to finalizing the purchase and then it arrived three days earlier than projected, even though it was bought during the Christmas holiday. Good job best buy!

I had my last microwave about 10 years and it just stopped working. I never realized how much I relied on it. So I went to a Best Buy store and I didn't see a large counter top microwave that I liked. So I went online and found this one. I loved the options and stainless steel goes with almost anything. I ordered it and picked it up at the store in no time.

This replaced a GE microwave, we've had for about 12 years and there's no comparison. We expected it to cook faster because it has more power (1250 W vs. 900), but we didn't expect the inverter technology to make such a difference. Unlike a conventional microwave when you use low-power with this one to defrost or cook something delicate the edges don't get overcooked. In addition, the controls are very simple and intuitive. Don't bother looking farther for a great microwave, this is it.

I stick 5 frozen hamburger patties (the kind you get at Costco) in a Ziploc bag and set the Turbo Inverter Defrost and 5 minutes later, ALL the meat comes out RED and defrosted. Not cooked at all, just PERFECTLY defrosted. This heats evenly and fast. I never like to use the microwave, but my views changed when I bought this microwave. I love it!

Was expecting smaller, but the size is perfect! Have to use more to find issues because there have been none so far.

Could not be more satisfied with the new microwave !!! The kids love it too, why I can barely get the little fellas away from that dang thing !!! The staff at Best Buy in Northbrook, IL. was very friendly !! Will be coming back here for all electronic needs, HIGHLY recommend to ALL !!!

After researching many microwaves on various sites, this Panasonic 2.2cu-ft product was our choice. The dial feature and past experience with Panasonic were part of our decision. The Best Buy price overshadowed the competitors and sealed our choice.

Bought this unit, saw it and just had to have it. Was amazed at how it complimented my kitchen. Very large, beautiful unit. Only problem is, after 3 days, it stopped cooking after the first 12 seconds or so. Hopefully just a 1 in a million thing. Going to get another, we'll see how it goes.

I was just telling my daughter earlier today, how great this microwave is. We have had ours for 3 years now and it is still running strong. My better half can not believe that she uses the microwave more then the stove. And I am not talking about frozen dinners. She can almost do anything with it. I'm thinking of getting my daughter one for Christmas.
