After researching many microwaves on various sites, this Panasonic 2.2cu-ft product was our choice. The dial feature and past experience with Panasonic were part of our decision. The Best Buy price overshadowed the competitors and sealed our choice.

Perfect size for our family of 5. Plenty of room for a large deep covered baker. This microwave heats evenly and thoroughly. I Love the fact that I can lock it so there is not any unwanted running. Easy quick minute button is great to have. Boils water super quick! My only complaint is that the finish has already started to spot with what looks like rust spots even when following manufacturers recommended directions for cleaning.

This microwave has replaced my 20-year old Sharp, which still works but is VERY tired. I have to remember that cooking/reheating times will be a lot shorter than with my old one. The blue light on the control panel is really cool at night. I love the large turntable - it's so big we could probably cook a small turkey. My hubby and I haven't experimented with all the features yet, but so far we're thrilled with it! The shortcut keys, once I figured them out, are really easy to use (reading the manual also helps LOL.) Enjoy!

After buying 3 GE microwaves that died within 2-3 years we were ready to try a new manufacturer. The Panasonic had good reviews and we are hoping that this microwave will be more reliable. So far, all the setting work great. The dial control was different, but it is easy to get used to. It cooks fast and evenly. The price was reasonable and the large size is great for large casseroles or plates.

I have been buying panasonic products for years. They are reliable and usually have better features than other brands in the same price class. This microwave is no different. Panasonic has figured out a way to eliminate spotty heating. The ends of the bread is over cook while the middle is still cold. So nice not to deal with that anymore.

We purchased this microwave, opened it, and saw that there was a scratch on the top so exchanged it for another. The exchange process at Best Buy was smooth. The second one has been very functional, and easy to use. I like the dial feature and the inverter feature. The door open button seems to be a bit unstable and slow to respond, so will keep a watch on it.

My daughter loves it I gave it to her for a gift much better than her last one heats up her faster

After 2 1/2 years, this needs to be replaced. It works great still. But. The door latches and releases with a spring mechanism. If you don't press the door open button square in the middle, it stays pressed in partway. After 2.5 years, the spring is worn out. The door has to be slammed several times before the microwave will register it as closed. And it won't run if it doesn't think it's closed. For what was a top of the line microwave when it came out, I can't see why they went with a low budget door mechanism. It's kind of turned me off to Panasonics now.

Bot this unit to replace another Panasonic product that failed to last 3 years...Had to bring it back twice during the extended warranty period....Based on other reviews here, this new unit won't last all that long...It works great but will have to see how long it lasts...Get the extended warranty as it's a whole lot cheaper than replacing today's disposable micro waves...Had a Magic Chef unit prior to Panasonic and that one lasted almost 10 years........

We are glad we got the stainless steel finish instead of black. It looks nice in our kitchen. It is easy to operate and works great.

We have had a lot of microwaves over the years. This one is by far the best. It actually defrosts, Yes it really does. When our old microwave died on new years day 09, I had to do some quick research on what to get. After a few hours of I came up with this Panasonic. I really did not want to spend this much but I am soo glad we did. Did I mention it actually defrosts without cooking the meat!!!! Cooks a lot faster than our old one and the wife says its easier to keep clean. We all love it

After reading tons of reviews on all brands of micros I decided on this one. I am very happy with how this heats my food either in sensor or time mode. I would def consider this one.

I love this microwave.It has great features,heats quick , and the child lockout is especially helpful with a 4 yr old in the house.

This microwave is just what we were looking for! Easy to operate, nice large size, fast, right price.

First of all I love this microwave. The new power level and the way it works is really great. I tried the pocket sandwhich setting and was totally impressed. Hot ALL theway through and alot better then the 2 minutes the suggest for the "Usual" microwaves. The sensor reheat is incredible and works every time no matter how much or little the food is (even dense left over meat loaf was hot all the way through and it didntdry it out). If you want this after you read and WATCH the video, then get it, it does what they say it does and it does it VERY well.
