Great inverter microwave. Modern look, inverter technology is awesome and efficient

I spent quite a bit more for this model due to the bigger size and many user friendly features. But right out of the box, the dial doesn't spin smoothly; well it does for one rotation, then it binds up and feels like metal on metal grinding. And if your room isn't very well lit, you definitely will have trouble seeing the lettering on the controls. Then I noticed the big chip in the plastic housing. Now it has to go back. Not sure now if I want the same model.

I like this microwave, it heats quickly and the settings are good - watch the popcorn setting though, ours burns unless you take it out early. The only problem I have with the microwave is that the door release button-thing sticks and is permanently lopsided after two months of use.

I was somewhat skeptical of the knob replacing a touch pad and also of the usability of the sensor functions. Wow! The knob is quicker to use and doesn't get dirty. The "sensor reheat" function is the best feature on any microwave I've used. Pile your plate with food for reheating. Cover for plastic wrap. Hit the sensor reheat button and when the beeper goes off the food is perfectly hot. Kept 3 kids busy over Thanksgiving trying to find a food that could fool the sensor (it did head the mac & cheese too much but there's an easy adjustment that solved that). Great machine and it looks good on the counter, too.

Large capacity, heats quickly and evenly. Took awhile to get used to dialing the time rather than using pushbuttons.

Tbis us the 2nd one my family purchased in a 10yr time frame! 2013 the handle popped of when my toddler niece used to flick her fingers to open door beacause shw couldn't reach over counter. Now the replacement(2013) the plate is rotating on its own while the door is open!! Is that a sign of it going out?? Im about to cry!! I refuse to by one of those baby doll microwaves!!

Great oven for the challenged chef. Nice commercial stainless steel look. Large digital screen. Easy to read.

If I could give a half star or a quarter star, I would. It died in the middle of a meal after 7 weeks of working fine. 7 weeks! Sure, it's covered under warranty, but... Best Buy, which previously made warranty repairs painless, said that Panasonic wouldn't let BB handle the repair. The BB lady (very nice) printed out the ticket with the Panasonic repair number...which was disconnected. After an hour going through the online robo-tree Panasonic number for customer support, I got a human who asked me the exact same questions the robo-tree had asked. Finally he bounced it up to a supervisor who determined that yes, failure after 7 weeks qualified for warranty. Now more fun...I live in a metro area of over a million and he said I had to ship it to their center 90 miles away in a city a quarter the size of mine. Okay...even though I had the original box, I had to wait for them to FedEx me an "official return box"--a few days. Then I had to arrange for a FedEx pickup (I hauled it directly to a FedEx office instead to save time). About two weeks after it broke, we got a repaired microwave back. When it works, this microwave works great. Ours died after 7 weeks, and the combination of Best Buy and Panasonic made the warranty repair horrible. I will no longer buy any Panasonic products because of this cumbersome process, starting with Panasonic giving Best Buy an invalid bogus telephone number for repairs.

My little girl loves popcorn and this microwave is super easy to use she just loves it and me too.

The controls are very simple to use and all functions seem to work fine. It makes great popcorn and reheats pizza so it tastes like fresh. Everything I have cooked in it has come out great.

This microwave is the best microwave I have ever owned. The main thing I like about this was the "add 1 minute" option. I love the dial to change the time, and it is lit very nicely. It has awesome blue LED lights on the control panel which help for those midnight snacks. There have been no problems or no complaints at all with this microwave. I would highly recommend this microwave!

What can we say? We've had it a couple months now and it works great in every aspect. It's easy to use, nice and big and compliments the look of the kitchen. Money well spent!

This microwave is a beast. Huge inside and powerful enough for no matter what you want to prepare. The appearance is nice as well. Can never go wrong with the stainless steel look.
