Do not buy this microwave! The timer dial is not good as it only gives 10 second increments. After it stopped working the Best Buy store did nothing to help. Panasonic offed to fix it if we paid for shipping. It was worth the risk for a machine that would most likely fail again. I bought a different brand at a different store.

Reading great reviews here at BestBuy, I thought this microwave would be a good choice for me. I placed an order and picked it up after a week in the evening. We used it for a couple times, and the micrwave broke next morning, first with an error message "H78" followed by the burning smell. I am going to return it today. Horrible experience.

We bought our microwave May 2016. We loved it! I didn't get an extended warranty as I have NEVER had any problems with any of the microwaves I have owned for years on end. However as of this date, it has quit working. Completely, not getting any power at all. Of course it is out of warranty. For the kind of money we paid at the time i would expect it to last longer than what it did. So when you read it won't last much more than a year, I guess I was fortunate to make it last a little over a 1 and 8 months. IF you buy this make sure you buy an extended warranty with it.

I'm not reviewing this item but I purchased a TV from you people received a controller that was not compatible really to functionalize the TV I purchased I purchased a new controller and it is not in sync with this TV either I find it hard to believe you would actually ship and sell a TV that does not perform for the TV properly thank you for your knowledge or lack of

I had my microwave for about 8 months and I then received the dreaded H97 message letting me know that the microwave is dead. Best Buy and Panasonic customer service is terrible. Will like just throw it away and never buy another Panasonic.

Door latch broke after 18 months junk. 3rd one of these I have had and the door always breaks. I'll buy something else.

Worked for two days, then quit and displayed "H97" which means the magnetron went dead. Returned and bought a different brand. My advice, look elsewhere for a quality product.

I bought it because it was highly rated. It died after 6 months. Error code H97. It was under warranty. Co. Refers you to a local business for repairs. The owner has the poorest customer services skills ever. Said repairs cost more than I paid. Panosonic will get with me. It's been a week no contact. Will not replace with this brand. Hopefully I will get a refund?

When I first turned it on, I was very surprised at how loud it is when it is running. Also, when I reheated my coffee, the mug was so hot I couldn't touch it, but the coffee in the mug was barely lukewarm. I'm taking it back today. Disappointed.

Purchased this microwave on 4/2012. It has problems today. Microwave displayed "H97" indicates problem with generation system. Paid $220.00. Lasted about 3 years.Before this happens, I had difficulty in opening and closing the door. I need to push the door extremely hard.With that price I thought it should last a bit longer. I learned from other reviews that this model has some flaws with the doors.

Don't ever buy a Panasonic microwave. I purchased one 5 months ago and it tore up. I paid cash and don't have my receipt so Panasonic won't cover it. I will NEVER buy another Panasonic product again! The manufactured date was Aug 2011 and I bought it in 2014. It had a latch problem and an H98 error. VERY well known by Panasonic. Instead of doing a recall, they wait for it to tear up and then won't cover the product without your receipt. Don't buy Panasonic!

I am highly dissapointed with this product. When I first bought it worked great however after 6 months of use it stopped working!

First unit I plugged in and nothing. Second unit, the dial did not work. Seems to have had a bad production run or poor QA. Didn't risk a 3rd time, went with a Sharp. Couldn't be happier.

I was heating water and it lost all power - no lights, nothing- We are very disappointed after my husband's prior microwave lasted 19 years. Panasonic was not a good choice.

Died with a serious error after 2 years of use, I would not recommend this product.

Don't buy Panasonic Microwaves. They only last about 3 years even if you pay top dollars. I bought a Panasonic Stainless Steel 2.2CuFt Microwave Countertop at Costco on 2010 and it only lasted 3 years. It's sitting in my garage waiting to be thrown away!

Worked great but died after a year and a half. No more Panasonic for me. Research H97 and H98 error. Cost to fix is more expensive than the appliance.

Worked fine for 20 months then died suddenly with h97 error. JUNK!!!
