Easy to use, easy to clean, nice features and quite,

Great product. Easy to use and looks good. I like the knob to select the minutes. Easier and faster than the keypad that was on my old one.

Awesome Microwave. Replaced my older model and it's perfect. Same size, features and UI I'm used to. If you want a big microwave that has high power this is for you. Great product! I expect it to last many years like the previous model.

I am extremely happy with this microwave because it looks great with my other stainless appliances, works well for defrosting food, and is very easy to use. I have owned other brands of microwaves over the years and I think Panasonic makes one of the best microwaves for the money.

I bought this to replace my old one that is just like this one (except the old one had a solid stainless steel cabinet opposed to just the front being stainless and the rest of it having been sprayed with silver paint). Anyway, we loved our old one and I knew my other half would not accept anything less (she loves cooking with it and she has learned how to do just about anything with it). So I was so thankful that Best Buy had one in stock. I still may look into having the old one fixed just to have around in case something happens to this new one. I would have given this 5 stars, but spraying the outside silver instead of having it all stainless is a big let down to me. Makes the new one look cheap compared to the old one.

The last 3 microwaves we've owned have been the Panasonic Inverter. The last one we purchased in 2015. Have had nothing but good luck with this appliance. Like the size, like the available cooking settings, and like the performance.

This microwave Heats food quickly...This microwave is spacious.

This replaces our four year old Panasonic that just died. This appears to be the replacement model of the unit we bought before and we like it even better that the older model. Great size and easy to operate. It fits just right inside our built-in cabinet over the oven.

Sleek design. Tough build. Large enough for cooking

Large and powerful, but lacks premium features like a browning element, which one would expect for the price. Also the door-opening latch seems a little flimsy, and should be re-engineered. I needed a micro-wave oven right away, did not have the time to "shop around" or wait, so I settled for the best option the store had in stock.

the only con to this is when we were all using our laptops for school/work, this was so powerful it would kick us offline lol - other than that its awesome. we can put a whole 9x13 pan in it!

My Microwave went out and needed a new one, search various site and ended up at best buy. I wanted a good brand (not a cheap one). I wanted a large inside, but not to expensive. I needed one that was instock as I didn't want to wait. I wanted to spend between $150.00 and $200.00. This one fit the bill. After I purchase took home and setup, I tested out and everything worked well. Mt only grip was the time settings. Normally you would select the time required to cook by way of the key pad, but on this unit it had a dial that you turned to the disired time. Here is where I have an issue when turning the dial it went from 0-10 then 15, 20 ect. after the first 10 sec. it would jump up. I would have like to use in smaller increments but it didn't. Not an issue to return the unit. I just had to set the timer 2X for a time between 10 - 19 sec. Other then that the unit works good.

This is the 2nd Panasonic microwave I have purchased with inverter technology...the first one last almost 20 years...and this one seems to be well on its way to stay on track with its predecessor! Beautifully designed, large and quiet...I've had it for 2 months and I am VERY HAPPY!

This machine is sleek and still very spacious; capable of taking large dishes. It's also very efficient, and heats up food very nicely. We have used the sensor cook and sensor reheat functions on this machine more than in any previous microwave oven that we've had.

This microwave is easy to use and works great. Looks vey nice in the kitchen. I especially like the defrost and sensor reheat and the fact that the lower power levels are truly lower.

My microwave died while cooking Thanksgiving dinner, and I was happy to find a newer model. It was the same size as the old one, so it fit perfectly into the built-in cabinet. I like the automatic features and the all stainless steel and glass look of this microwave.
