I use the microwave for heating or reheating automatically. There are a lot of bells and whistles I haven't yet had the occasion to try. It's nice and big, holding large casserole dishes easily. My only regret is that it shows finger prints too easily.

Cooks food FAST! Love the controls. Plenty of room for about anything you want to cook. My only complaint would be the stainless finish shows fingerprints and needs to be wiped often. Very powerful, great deal for the money.

Got this microwave for my parents, to replace their old one. It fit perfectly into their wall slot. There's definitely a bit of a learning curve involved in getting used to the new Inversion method of microwaving, but it seems well worth it. Heats/cooks faster & more evenly.

Purchased because we installed double ovens and i didn't want a microwave out on the counter so it is in the cabinet up above the ovens. It looks expensive and goes well with the appearance of all of our other kitchen appliances. It also has lots of features and is very easy to use.

This is a great microwave. I actually purchased it because it was Consumer Reports highest recommendation for a countertop microwave. It is larger than i thought it would be, but we have plenty of counter space for it and appreciate the size so nothing disrupts the turntable. There is an easy "Quick minute" button which i use often. You have to look through the instructions on how to cook specific items and what setting to put them on with the dial. Popcorn button works effectively. The only thing i would change is the exterior finish to be fingerprintless/easy to clean.

We gave away our microwave to one of our kids, and we needed a replacement. Not seriously lacking in counter space, there was no need for a multi-function, grilling, air frying pizza oven. Being a nerd, I decided I wanted multi-stage cooking capabilities for one -- only one -- purpose: cooking steel-cut oats. Cooking them briefly on hi-power and then for a longer time on lower power keeps me from having to babysit them to keep them from boiling over, but mostly because they are cooked perfectly every time... told you I'm a nerd. The internal dimensions and the turntable are gigantic, and the 1250w cooking power helps to speed up all kinds of cooking, reheating, and thawing/defrosting functions. Make sure that you pay attention to times when you start using this machine... 2 minutes on hi-power doesn't work the same way on all microwave models. The absence of a numeric keypad doesn't create as much of a learning curve as you might expect. Once you grow accustomed to it, it's really just as easy to use. Your family members who get intimidated by the thought of having to learn something new might feel differently. The only thing that I would really want to be different would be to have a handle for opening the door instead of just a push-button release. Unless you have a great countertop for giving this unit some traction, it can move around a bit when you push the button to open the door.

I used Consumer Reports to find out which microwave were highly rated. I was surprised to see Panasonic. I am very pleased with the unit, it is easy to use and much quieter than my old one.

Cooks fast, huge space. BUT... The stainless steel finish shows every finger print, so it always looks dirty; Panasonic could have done better. The controls are terrible except for the old-style cook-by-time. Labels are microscopic. Buttons are tiny. "Popcorn" is the top button!? They never learn; designers probably never use it in their own homes or office. The vaunted "Genius Sensor" does not work. It boils over simple soup or beverage. The Quick button requires at least two presses. There is no sensor function for simple heating/reheating a cup of coffee, which is our most frequent use. To use the Sensor, you need to consult the manual for the right sensor number. To use the defrost, you need to enter the weight. The door button is the same design as 20 years ago and probably will be the first thing to break, and it's not covered by warranty after 1 year. New "inverter" model just as noisy as 20-year old models, probably uses 20-year-old fan design. Panasonic should have done better. Still waiting to determine if heating is more "even" as advertised.

I’m a fan of Panasonic microwaves. Last one I had lasted nearly 13 years. This one is a little bigger and very nice. Had to get used to the turn nob at first but otherwise so far my family is very pleased with this microwave.

this is a new oven i purchased to replace my old oven that was dying due to failure in the digital screen. The value of having a value appliance is generally that you get what you pay for. i am happy with this appliance because I save time deciding how much time I want to cook something simply with a turn of the spinner; the appearance is great in the kitchen, as it looks more expensive than other ovens and the silver look makes my kitchen look very good, together with my other appliances. I'm still judging on quality, but the extra space inside makes it easier to cook more food and dishes at a time, saving time, and is more convenient. It shuts off my circuit breaker sometimes, so I know it consumes a lot more energy than my previous oven, but that was to be expected. still, i think that overall it is a good value and I look forward at owning this oven for many years.

We were in need of a Microwave and have been a big fan of Panasonic. We figure since our last unit survived three moves over the course of 11 years this brand was the way to go!. Easy to use, neat bright blue light and looks great. Love the functions that it has and could no have been happier in our recent purchase..

This is our second Panasonic microwave. The first worked for years and suddenly died. We didn't hesitate to get an exact replacement. We use this unit multiple times a day in a family setting. The size is great, reliability high and simple to use.

This microwave works very well and we've had no issues. It is a breeze to clean the inside and is very large. It heats items fast and all the way through. Saying that it is somewhat hard to get times exactly right.

We bought this microwave to replace an older version of the same model. We like the exterior look. It’s a great size and very easy to use. The only reason why I gave a 4 instead of 5 is because the display is in blue color. Green display would have been much easier for our eyes.

It heats my food. Has a few buttons and a knob. You can crank on the knob and poke the buttons to set the time and get it to do other things. Has a lamp and a rotating glass tray. Neat.

I recommend this microwave to whoever needs one. It it spacious and easy to clean. It don't take up a lot of counter space. It fits my counter good. I and my family love it. I like the way it looks. It works for me.

Easy to use and understand all of the features. Heats evenly. I used power level 1 to soften a cube of butter. Worked great! No more melted butter messes!!

This is the 2nd time we have bought this microwave and absolutely love it. It's easy to use and looks sleek. Only reason we had to buy a new one was because lightning blew our transformer and we needed new appliances. We loved everything about our microwave, so bought the exact same one again.

Food is heated throughout & tastes great. Large inside & easy to use display. If you're looking for a big microwave with lots of power to heat your food quickly, you won't go wrong here.
