This oven was purchased for an employee break area in our office suite. It looks great and the controls are easy to use. This microwave has plenty of power for our daily use. Excellent product!

Cooks fast, huge space. BUT... The stainless steel finish shows every finger print, so it always looks dirty; Panasonic could have done better. The controls are terrible except for the old-style cook-by-time. Labels are microscopic. Buttons are tiny. "Popcorn" is the top button!? They never learn; designers probably never use it in their own homes or office. The vaunted "Genius Sensor" does not work. It boils over simple soup or beverage. The Quick button requires at least two presses. There is no sensor function for simple heating/reheating a cup of coffee, which is our most frequent use. To use the Sensor, you need to consult the manual for the right sensor number. To use the defrost, you need to enter the weight. The door button is the same design as 20 years ago and probably will be the first thing to break, and it's not covered by warranty after 1 year. New "inverter" model just as noisy as 20-year old models, probably uses 20-year-old fan design. Panasonic should have done better. Still waiting to determine if heating is more "even" as advertised.

This is an priced large capacity counter-top microwave oven. This microwave has multiple features and user friendly. We really like the simplicity of use. We highly recommend this microwave oven and won't hesitate to buy another one.

we like this microwave coz of the size especiallythat you can lots of food in casseroles .And it does not take time to heat your food like some other microwave and its easy to use once you get use to it and the price is just right for this microwave

was looking for something easy to use (for the elderly members of the household) but large enough and attractive. This fit well but was actually looking for a unit just a tad shorter, seems microwaves jump from too small to fairly larger. This is a nice looking unit and controls are simple.

We didn't realize how large it was. Read about door closing problems, but so far, only a few weeks, we love it! Tons of space inside, and really powerful. Glad it fits.

Bought this to replace 7 year old microwave. The stainless steel is nice. Operation of the machine is nice and quiet. Very roomy inside. Make sure you have enough space to put this monster machine.

This is a very well made productt. It is more powerful than my last microwave and is easy to use, easy to clean and even looks good in my kitchen. I gave 4* instead of 5* only because the open door stops in such a way that it can be awkward to reach around it.

The microwave works very well overall. The interface takes getting used to as they ditch the traditional buttons for a knob. A couple days of use you get used to it though.

Our family is very happy with our purchase. Whatever amount of time that is needed to microwave an item, it microwaves it perfectly. It is very easy to perform the functions on this product.

This is a great unit, although took some time to get use to the dial button instead of keypad. Now basically only turn dial and press start. This unit is actually my second one. The first one is installed in-wall of the island with a mounting bracket (which cost almost as much as the unit). Both the bracket and unit were much cheaper than buying one of those drawer units. The first one still works well, but does have an issue with closing the door and the latch registering a full close to turn it on (about a quarter of the time now). At some point will need to have it worked on, so bought a second one when that happens (will stay in box until then). It is a high powered unit and cooks fast (1250W). Also, at lower levels the inverter technology seems to cook well at low levels. Programming is simple as is cleanup.

I purchased this Panasonic Microwave on June 21st and it is awesome. I can't stop using it. The only bad thing I can say about this microwave is that if you make Popcorn don't go buy the timer. Your Popcorn will be ready before the Timer goes off. You have to listen to your Popcorn once the Kernels stop popping stop the microwave or your Popcorn will start burning. If you cook a Microwave Frozen Entre it will heat up very fast also. You better keep an eye on that also. The last time I made an Frozen Lasagna it stayed to cook for 9 minutes total and it was ready in 7 minutes.

It’s big, its solid, and it works great. Nice upgrade for the kitchen. Would buy again.

I bought this to replace a similar Panasonic microwave that went out after 11 years. They had a similar one to my old one but it was not on sale and this one was and they were both 2.2 cubic ft. units. Similar if not same features. The only thing I prefer on my old model was the numeric key pad vs. the turning knob on this unit. I had certain things down to say 95 seconds but with this unit it is either 1 min 30 seconds or 1 min 40 seconds. So now I use 1 min 30 seconds, then when it chimes I add 5 more seconds and restart. Nothing major, but then again I would prefer 5 second increments vs. the 1 sec increments through the first 10 seconds, then 5 second increments through 10 to 60 seconds and then 10 second increments after 60 seconds. Cooks great just like the previous one. If it lasts 11 years It will cost me less than $20/yr and I use it more than any other appliance I own.

This is the 2nd time we have bought this microwave and absolutely love it. It's easy to use and looks sleek. Only reason we had to buy a new one was because lightning blew our transformer and we needed new appliances. We loved everything about our microwave, so bought the exact same one again.

Purchased this Microwave to replace my 15 year old Amana, same cubic feet and power. My Amana still works and in fact works better than this new Panasonic. This Panasonic Microwave looks very good in my kitchen and compliments it well. The size is huge at 2.2cf, which is nice. That is about all the positive things I can say about this Microwave. The user interface is illogical and cumbersome. You are not able to add time while you are cooking something; you have to stop and start again or wait until the timer is finished. There is a more/less button to add time while cooking, but you can only use it in a few modes like defrost or popcorn mode. The dial is used to set seconds/minutes; however after 30 seconds you can only set to every 5 seconds; not a big deal, just a "head scratcher". I like the idea of the inverter system on this Microwave, were you set power at a percentage and the power actually decreases, not shut off and on. However, comparing this Panasonic Microwave to my 15 year old Amana; my Amana cooks way faster than this new one. The craftsmanship of this Microwave is sub-par with thin metal and plastic, but for a $200.00 microwave, I guess I should expect that. Overall this Microwave looks really nice, but the functionality and power of this Microwave is lacking. Also, if you do plan to buy this Microwave and install in cabinet as I did, the the exhaust ducting at the you install at the top is not needed as most all of the exhaust comes out the bottom of the unit. Panasonic makes this same Microwave, but with buttons instead of a dial. If you want this Panasonic I would suggest to buy the model with buttons instead of the dial as its user interface is quite better.

Roomy and 50% more powerful than our 20 year old unit that died. It can disrupt WiFi occasionally. The sensor reheat works perfectly for warming up leftovers. Clock display is hard to read from across the room. Bottom line, I’d buy it again.

Love it... didn't think I would like the nob but I do... very easy to use and nice that you can lock it so kids can't turn it in by accident.

THIS UNIT OPERATES AS IT SHOULD ......VERY POWERFUL AND VERY LARGE.....CAN ACTUALLY COOK A MEDIUM SIZED TURKEY. IT DOES TAKE TIME TO ACTUALLY LEARN HOW TO USE IT, BUT FOR THE EXPERIENCED, TECH RELATED BUYER, THIS SHOULD BE THE CHOICE IN STAINLESS MICROWAVES.

The best microwave oven i ever owned. I have one at home and one at my sons business. I had another brand and in less then a year it stop working. So I told my son we better go to Best Buy and by the one i have at home.
