Roomy and 50% more powerful than our 20 year old unit that died. It can disrupt WiFi occasionally. The sensor reheat works perfectly for warming up leftovers. Clock display is hard to read from across the room. Bottom line, I’d buy it again.

This microwave is very efficient with accurately heating your food product based upon the time designated. The only drawback is the opening of the door. You must depress the large button to open the door, however, you must push hard for the door to release and at the sametime you have pushed the microwave back. The microwave needs a more sturdy bottom or a different type of mechanism to open the door.

Love it... didn't think I would like the nob but I do... very easy to use and nice that you can lock it so kids can't turn it in by accident.

The best microwave oven i ever owned. I have one at home and one at my sons business. I had another brand and in less then a year it stop working. So I told my son we better go to Best Buy and by the one i have at home.

THIS UNIT OPERATES AS IT SHOULD ......VERY POWERFUL AND VERY LARGE.....CAN ACTUALLY COOK A MEDIUM SIZED TURKEY. IT DOES TAKE TIME TO ACTUALLY LEARN HOW TO USE IT, BUT FOR THE EXPERIENCED, TECH RELATED BUYER, THIS SHOULD BE THE CHOICE IN STAINLESS MICROWAVES.

Microwaves are pretty straightforward. Put the food in, make sure to cover it, press buttons/turn knobs and you quickly have hot stuff to eat. We chose this Panasonic over others because it has real buttons rather than membrane covered switches that tend to crack. It does have has a somewhat complicated interface. Some functions require multiple steps to get it going. For example, unlike a lot of other microwaves, it does not have 'one touch cooking'. You always have to press the 'Start' button to get things going. In that sense, it's more like using a computer. Because it is relatively powerful, it heats food relatively quickly. Also, it has the best defrost performance we've ever used. Not sure how it works, but food defrosts quite evenly rather than the usual 'warm on the outside but frozen on the inside'.

This is a very nice, easy to use microwave. I wasn't sure about using a knob instead of a keypad to set the controls, but it's turned out to be a pretty straightforward interface. We still have the instruction manual on top so we can look up the settings for things like baked potatoes, and we'll probably make a cheat sheet for the ones we use the most. Speaking of potatoes, this microwave has a sensor cook mode, and big, fat potatoes come out perfectly cooked ready to put on the plate. Defrosting a frozen solid piece of meat is also easy, and it doesn't over cook the meat.

We love that it is full-size and easy to use. However, we can't get it off French and on English

This is my second purchse of a Panasonic microwave. Having a great experienc with my first purchase, I automatically decided to purchase another from the same store "Best Buy". Exact same size, although Panasonic "tweaked" a few features, still satifised with the performance. Best Buy had in stock, that was a plus for me. Price was commensurate with the product.

the microwave is so spacies and has a classy design. the food is warm enough that you dont need to estimate the seconds. you would only press sensor reheat and will automatically stop when the food is warm enough.

This microwave is awesome, good size, looks great and no complaints after the first few months. Even though it hasn't broken, the button to open the door feels like it isn't going to last, hopefully it proves me wrong!

We could not be more pleased with this unit. It is quiet, easy to operate and holds a lot of food! Would buy it again in a minute.

Replaced same model with updated one. The digital version is great. Easy to use, has many useful functions such as a timer, reheat and everyone's favorite Popcorn. Definitely Worth the he money. Shipped fast and received in wonderful shape no damage to box.

This microwave is great, easy to operate, and fast to heat up! The only issue that has been present is a fuse was blown on the same circuit as an old toaster oven that was going at the same time, no big deal, small fix.

Great Microwave so far. Not sure about the sensor. I tried it once and I was not too impressed, but it otherwise heats quickly and well, and I like the knob to pick timing. Just needs a few seconds to figure out. This is a big microwave at 2.2cf, with a large footprint. Easily Fits 9x13 dishes. This is a replacement of a same capacity old Panasonic Microwave that lasted 22 years. Hope this unit will perform as well over time.

Higher power microwave, so it heats things up better/faster than my previous one. Set up instructions were clear, and different functions are easy to use.

I'd been using this model for about 10 years and I really liked it. But after 10 years, the door latch finally started having issues (I'm a bit of door-slammer - lesson learned :) ). Anyway, I bought a new one. It's pretty much identical to the old only except the display seems to be a little easier to read. The pre-programmed settings for frozen veggies and soup work very well. It even does a pretty good job reheating baked salmon (as long as you wrap it in a wet paper towel - um - the salmon not the microwave :). Hope this helps.

This microwave works pretty great dg the twist dial for the time and has a lot of options. This thing is a FINGERPRINT MAGNET like no other though. That's my only issue with it.

My one and only gripe is this stainless is not fingerprint proof it shows every little touch other then that I absolutely love this microwave heats things in just a few seconds and it is on the rather large side keep that in mind
