We purchased about a month ago to replace microwave that worked flawlessly for 22 years so our expectations were high. We use it daily and extensively during Thanksgiving. Large volume, 2.2 cu ft, allows multiple items to be warmed at the same time. This unit is very easy to operate. The inverter technology allows great control on the various cooking requirements necessary to produce a good meal.

This is a powerful microwave, it cooks evenly as the setting states, it quite and easy to clean on the inside.

This microwave is both large and easy to use with pre programmed settings for sensor cooking and reheating items..ie baked potatoes, frozen vegetables, and breakfast sausage... Awesome!

This is a powerful microwave; almost always cook things 30 sec. to a min. less than required. But, we don't like the dial you must turn to select the length of cooking...push pad is easier.

I can say that after going through 4 top quality with all the bells and whistles, push button, LED lights, programming - ad nauseum, I think I may just have found one Microwave - a Panasonic Grand Prestige - easy to operate and so happy it is in my home! So easy to use that it almost sets itself up from the beginning. And to top it all off, the cost was less than I paid for each of the old units! Thank you, Best Buy, for making my kitchen a happier place.

We have owned this model before and after 8 years, it finally starting to fade off. We use our microwave daily for cooking, defrosting and reheating so we naturally looked for the same type. I was thrilled that Panasonic made the same model so we purchased the same size and model. We did notice a few changes since the original purchase, the panel is flat so the wording won’t wear off the buttons, and the stainless steel seems to show more finger prints. Not a problem for us we totally loved this microwave, the size allows us to use our same dishes and the features are exactly what we need for daily use.

Our previous microwave door broke so we weren't able to use it and we needed a microwave. We looked around at the best prices that included all the newest neatest available options and came across this model. We've been using it for a week now and love it. The automatic cook/reheat function works well however it can sometimes leave your bowls/plates a little hot along with the food inside. We really like the fact that it has actual tactile buttons along with a dial and not a flat number pad. Definitely make sure you have the counter space because this microwave is really large.

I've now had my microwave for almost a year without any issues. I've always trusted Panasonic appliances. I love the many quick set options, especially the 1 minute cook time, sensor reheat, and sensor cooking of specific items. The very large size allows me to use a large casserole pan or several smaller dishes together. This allows me to cook faster, especially for larger meals.

I love my new microwave its perfect for our family of 4. It has plenty of room and it's very easy to work even our kids love it.

The previous model got hit by lightning and was 5 yrs old... this was its replacement model. I don't like the 'turn knob' for the time as much as the keypad, but it does seem to cook faster than the 5yr old one. If you need a big microwave, or want to cook 5-7 baked potatoes at once... this is the one. Also, it cooks very evenly. I wish it had a battery for the clock when the power goes out. I also like the 2 stage cooking option.

I am so please with my microwave. It is larger than my last one and works so much better for me. I am extremely happy with it!

Large Microwave with 1250 watts of power and enough room inside to cook a flock of turkeys

Decided on this unit due to its size and inside height. I had tried Panasonic's 1.6 Cu. Ft model but it was a tight fit to heat up a tall cup of coffee. There is lots of room with the larger model. I had read reviews that talked about the noise with closing the door. It does make a relatively loud tinny sound that cheapens the impression that you get when operating a otherwise very good unit. But that impression is enough to take one star away from my review.

The power is great when I am in a hurry to defrost food. Also it cooks even, no cold spots on food. It fits exactly where I had a spot for it. Plus it looks good.

I bought this to replace the smaller microwave I've had for many years when it eventually stopped working. After tirelessly scouring the internet for reviews and recommendations, this one stood out from the rest due to performance and price. I have to say I'm quite pleased with it, and have no regrets. It is a little large, but it easily swallows up anything I want to reheat. If I could find a single fault, it's just that it doesn't continually "nag" you after your the timer has expired. My opinion, is that this is the best microwave for the price out there.

This is probably the 5th microwave oven I've owned and it's the best by far! Simple to use and extremely powerful. You won't be disappointed!
