We have had one exactly like this one for quite a few years. We thought that there was a problem with it, so I looked on-line and the same model is still availabe. Because it fits perfectly in it's spot I ran to Best Buy and bought another. I unpackaged it, removed the old one and discovered that the surge protector had burned up. We now have a spare.

We bought this microwave several years ago and loved it's simplicity and user-friendly keypad. Knowing they move on and won't continue to make this type forever, we decided to secure another before they were unavailable. Fortunately, Best Buy still had a couple so we wasted no more time in getting one. We're happy we won't be without this style of microwave; it performed very well for us---and we didn't even use all the options!

We had a microwave go out and replaced it with this unit. It's easy to use, many feature and powerful.

When my wife bought this I thought I would not like the dial, but I am really starting to like it now. We typically do not use too many features except for the popcorn setting. As this microwave has more power than most we have had previously, we have to use the lower setting. In general most meals heat up quicker now with more power which is great. Overall design looks great and filled our cubby nicely. No issues to report.

I saw a number of comments about the door. I'm watching for problems with that. I noticed you must push the button firmly all the way in, but that is it. I noticed comments about setting the time, it took about 1 minute to figure that out and I like it. This is the first oven that I can easily use the pre programmed settings oatmeal and soup work better than just manually setting the time. So far I love it.

Great Size ,the food warms up at the perfect temperature no need to keep reheating.

We've only had this unit for 2 months, so I can't speak for durability. But this microwave has very large capacity that is great for reheating large portions like leftover casserole dishes. And it is plenty powerful. I have found that the cook time is typically about 30% shorter than most instructions say. So be careful not to overcook. For example, if instructions say cook for 1 minute, you probably only need 40 or 45 seconds.

This microwave oven is powerful enough to cook a meal, and large enough to hold a 9x13 casserole.

Great looks, stainless steel, with easy to use controls. We've had it for over a month and all the functions work as one would expect. It was on sale as well, and that contributed to the purchase decision as there may be other comparable makes and models doing the same job. We also purchased an extended warranty for peace of mind and still came up under the msrp. The reason for the 4 stars is that it seems to be missing the capability for one to use both the timer and heat features at the same time

The microwave is good, but I don't like that the pad is a dial over a touchpad but it is one of the largest table top available. The biggest problem was I ordered it from bestbuy.com and you could tell that it was either a floor model or open box. They did compensate me for the problem but is still an issue. It had scratches on the top and sides but was going in a cabinet. I waited along time for the microwave so I didn't really have a choice to send it back.

The microwave is very easy to set-up and use. It heats the food thoroughly.
