Our old microwave was on its' last legs so we looked around for a few weeks and found an LG model that we liked. We bought it, brought it home and found it was defective. Returned it for this model Panasonic and we love it. We didn't realize how large it was until we got it home, but it fits nicely on the old stand we have. Heats food quickly, defrosts much quicker than our old one and is fairly quiet. We do like the dial so far even though it took some getting used to.

This microwave has many features, and sensor cooking which I like. I would have given it a higher rating on features had it had a 30 second button besides the 1 minute button. On performance I would have given it a higher rating, but at times I need to stop the cooking on sensor as it cooks too long on some foods, such as fish, making it overdone. Now that I know this, I can interrupt the cooking cycle. I am still very pleased with this oven, and would buy the same one again.

The microwave is easy to use and very powerful. It cooks dinners within a few minutes.

We have had one exactly like this one for quite a few years. We thought that there was a problem with it, so I looked on-line and the same model is still availabe. Because it fits perfectly in it's spot I ran to Best Buy and bought another. I unpackaged it, removed the old one and discovered that the surge protector had burned up. We now have a spare.

This microwave has plenty of power to get the job done. It is easy to use and is big enough for larger dishes.

We have had this microwave or several weeks now and we are glad we chose this make/model. It has exceeded our expectations!

I love the larger size. I like the knob to dial in the minutes. Very easy to use.

This oven is quite similar to the previous Panasonic model we had, and I'm happy about that. The finish is quite good looking and the controls are marvelously easy to use. The interior lamp is an LED which is quite bright, but I wish it was a warm white instead of the cool white. The door latch closes much easier than the previous model, which is helpful when my hands are full and I'm closing the door with my elbow. This is a superb oven.

This microwave is really big, especially for our new little kitchen. It does its job perfectly.

We bought this microwave several years ago and loved it's simplicity and user-friendly keypad. Knowing they move on and won't continue to make this type forever, we decided to secure another before they were unavailable. Fortunately, Best Buy still had a couple so we wasted no more time in getting one. We're happy we won't be without this style of microwave; it performed very well for us---and we didn't even use all the options!

We had a microwave go out and replaced it with this unit. It's easy to use, many feature and powerful.

Ease of use. Quality product. The round dial to set the time is much easier to use then searching for numbers. Heats evenly.

When my wife bought this I thought I would not like the dial, but I am really starting to like it now. We typically do not use too many features except for the popcorn setting. As this microwave has more power than most we have had previously, we have to use the lower setting. In general most meals heat up quicker now with more power which is great. Overall design looks great and filled our cubby nicely. No issues to report.

Great Size ,the food warms up at the perfect temperature no need to keep reheating.

I saw a number of comments about the door. I'm watching for problems with that. I noticed you must push the button firmly all the way in, but that is it. I noticed comments about setting the time, it took about 1 minute to figure that out and I like it. This is the first oven that I can easily use the pre programmed settings oatmeal and soup work better than just manually setting the time. So far I love it.

We've only had this unit for 2 months, so I can't speak for durability. But this microwave has very large capacity that is great for reheating large portions like leftover casserole dishes. And it is plenty powerful. I have found that the cook time is typically about 30% shorter than most instructions say. So be careful not to overcook. For example, if instructions say cook for 1 minute, you probably only need 40 or 45 seconds.

This microwave oven is powerful enough to cook a meal, and large enough to hold a 9x13 casserole.

The microwave is very easy to set-up and use. It heats the food thoroughly.
