great microwave very easy to use love the stainless steel finish

I really like this microwave though it feels a little "tinny" compared to my last one that lasted over 30 years. It cooks more quickly than the last. The interior is larger and has a carousel and yet the foot print is about the same. I'm wondering how long the nob for the settings will work. I'm accustomed to a keypad for setting time. Nobs to adjust the power just feel kind of odd. In spite of those negative comments, I'll still give a 4 at this time.

I got this new model that looks very much like the old one I had, which was model NN-T995SF. There are only a few differences; on this new one, the control wheel is fixed, it doesn't pop in and out like the old one did. And the numbers are blue, instead of yellow-green, which is more attractive to me. Works GREAT

Basic features easy to use, nice large size. Some of the advanced features are sometimes hard to find or set.

It was a big upgrade ! At first me and my husband thought it was a bit complicated especially getting an upgrade from an old microwave. Once we figured it out, we fell in love. It has the perfect space and the food heats up all the way through. The look of this microwave is slick and neat ! I can easily maintain the inside clean and the outside! This is a change me and the husband were waiting for, for a long time !

It has two popcorn settings, neither of which matched the weight of our bags. I burned and/or underpopped 6 or 7 bags before figuring that I needed 1 min. and 50 seconds on 80% power for Act II popcorn bags. The instant minute is annoying and not flexible enough. Our old MW had instant 30 secs, and no need to push start. The rotary timer dial works faster the faster you turn it, so there are no absolute settings. It always takes some searching to find the right times. Ten second increments after the first minute also mean you cannot be precise to a 15 second time marker. This is very annoying. Lastly, once the timer has gone off, it does not give any reminders. So, If I am out getting the mail and don't hear it, or the phone goes off at the same time, it takes a while to realize that I missed it and my food or boiling water is ready and cooling. It cooks my food well, but I truly wish that I had stuck with my old brand with the keypad entry. Its popcorn setting wasn't efficient, either, but it only took two tries on full power to learn what it took to get a good bag of popcorn. I bought the Panasonic because I thought the other one wore out too quickly, and that Panasonic would last longer. Now I am stuck with it for however much longer that is!

Owned about two months now and use it everyday. The design is attractive and has generated compliments from guests. My only complaint to Panasonic is the door release button is a little difficult. It is a large button, but we've found that you must exert a firm push to the center of the button to open the door. Push off-center and it is very difficult to get the door to release. Other than that, it's great...

Overall, very satisfied. It's a microwave, so what is there to say. I heats food up as needed. It does look great, we like the design. The sensor reheat works, sometimes, but you do need to keep an eye on things because if it doesn't sense moisture or whatever it is looking for, it can fry the heck out of your food. Regular settings work as normal, just the reheat button is iffy. I would still buy this regardless, we didn't buy it for the reheat sensor, we bought it be of the brand and the looks.

This is an easy to use microwave. There is no more need to guess how long to reheat.

We asked one of the Best Buy employees which microwave they use, and they told us this was the one they use in the break room and it has held up to the constant usage there. We gave it a try, and love it. This microwave is so easy to use and cleans up really easily. After over a year of use with a family of four, it still looks new and is working great.

I purchased this to replace a nearly identical model that finally failed for good after one other major warranty repair. It performs beautifully, but I'm not sure it will last, as its predecessor (identical except for the external case material) failed twice in its short 3 year lifetime. If you buy it, get the longest extended warranty you can. Also, note that it is NOT stainless steel - only the front is. The case is silver painted, the interior is ivory painted steel.

Our old white microwave was heating food slowly, so we took this opportunity to get a new one, and in stainless steel which matches our kitchen. This is the perfect microwave - large and sleek. The dial is handy - no punching numbers for minutes and seconds. And it is much more efficient than our old one. We like it so much, we just bought the same one for my mom and she loves it too. Highly recommend.
