Easy to use, large capacity, and cooks fast due to its power. The controls are easy to use.

My wife and I were hesitant to purchase this particular microwave because of the dial to enter in the time, but it really took no time at all to get the hang of it. The team at Best Buy even let us plug in the floor display to experience the dial feature before we purchased. It is a very powerful microwave that we truly enjoy.

Not only is this a good looking microwave, but it works great and is very easy to use.

We love our second Panasonic microwave! I hope it doesn’t stop working like the one we are replacing! I was hoping this new one would fit in the cabinet space we have, and it does! My wife loves it!

This microwave does the job and does it well. While it's a larger unit, it has a good deal of space inside, and I appreciate the 'keep warm' feature and having the knob instead of a numeric keypad is not nearly as bothersome as I thought it would be. My only complaint (while super minor) is that the alert once the timer expires is not loud at all and only beeps twice, making it easy to miss.

Pros: The oven works as an oven should. I like the dial for time, versus pushing buttons to set the time. It is modern in appearance. Cons: Shutting the door is quite loud. The stainless steel is susceptible to fingerprints.

Inverter microwaves are definitely worth the money. Cooking is so much more consistent. We like the dial-based control panel. The built-in oatmeal setting works great without boiling over; maybe a tad undercooked. Sensor reheat has done a great job so far. It runs fairly quiet in my opinion.

I love the digital display and the dials. The door closes without having to push very hard. Nice all around! I'm able to evenly cook items I was unable to in our older microwave.

The turbo defrost is the best defrost I've ever had! Hamburger was perfectly defrosted with no cooked or frozen spots. They must have fixed the latch because ours closes easily. I realize it's new and cooks faster but I am pleased with the speed it cooks and how evenly things cook. I am able to put several dishes in mine and I have not found a cold spot yet.

This microwave performs just as stated by Panasonic. Very content with this product. I have even purchased the extended warranty from Best Buy for $20 for 2 years or $40 for 4 years, (do not quote me on the guesstimates, at least that is what I remember). Overall, I am very satisfied.

Needed a new one fast. Needed it big and powerful. Worked out perfect.

I've had the same model for over five years and still works great. Replaced another Brand with this Panasonic. The model hasn't changed in years because it is very good and reliable. Most other microwaves I've had break in less than two years (but longer than the one year warranties). My old Panasonic is over five years and still going strong. Too bad they only make countertop microwaves.

This microwave replaced a previous Panasonic that lasted almost 2 decades. I never had issue with Panasonic products. Im doing this review almost a year after purchase. Still happy with it.

This is the 2nd one we’ve purchased. The first one lasted approx. 15 years. Love this micro. The inverter makes so you actually cook at a diminished heat % and don’t over cook or warm your food. Highly recommend!!!

I had the same microwave that I bought 2 years ago. It stopped working and I needed to replace it. This time I bought the microwave and a 4-year extended warranty. There appears to be a common issue with the door mechanism that causes failure. Panasonic microwaves are not up to par with the microwaves that were available 10+ years ago.

Works great and easy to use I don't know what else to say about it
