Light goes out constantly which wouldn't be a problem, except when that happens, can't see when food is about to spill while cooking. The dial button is a pain to use, prefer the dial pad. This microwave is quite unpredictable. Sometimes it works, other times not at all which is super frustrating. Hated it.

Wasn't a fan of setting time using a dial but it's not bad as I thought it was going to be. Just takes some getting used to. Microwave looks elegant & modern. Heats everything like a 1250 watt microwave should.

Heavy duty and low price

It is big, attractive and the price is fair. In fact, I bought an open-box item and used my Best Buy points...they almost paid me to take it. Unfortunately I have not used it much, except to cook a chicken sandwich at the construction site.

After a few months of searching & price comparisons, we found this one sale. It is amazing! The controls were a little hard to get used to. It heats things in half the time or less. The only thing I would change is the button to open the door - I would prefer a handle.

A Good Microwave for the Money

It works very well and heats up food quickly. I had an LG microwave and it began to malfunction after a couple of months. This microwave costs less and works better.

All other buttons are self explanatory for power level, quick minute, etc. Impressive 2.2 cu. ft. interior and 1,250 watts. Very pleased with the unit, it meets all of my expectations.
