This microwave was as recommended. Operation is great but 2 flaws. 1- the dimensions are actually bigger than info says. 2- the glass plate never lays flat , in operation always moves off. I have tried everything. Perhaps there is a trick that I haven't found. Heat and warming is great. Love the knob.

This an awesome microwave! The best purchase this year. It heats food extremely fast. Please measure your space because it is huge and it barely fit into the microwave nook/space.

I am enjoying my new microwave and it is easy to use and the sensor cook work great on baked potatoes and pizza. Just waiting to try some more complex foods.

Brand name, very easy to use once set up, lot of variable cooking options, good blue-light display, lightweight (not heavy), rotary timer dial, large 2,2 cubic foot capacity, also watch for frequent sales ($40 off) at varied times on this unit.

Finger prints show up easy on the stainless one. However i found it very easy to use, and I am updating from a 15 year old PLUS microwave!! I like the higer power I get from this unit as well. It cooks even, and the auto heat works well for most items I have tried in it so far. I would buy it again, and tell my friends to do the same.

We decided to try this Microwave with Inverter technology. So far so good. It is a lot quieter than any other microwave we have owned and it is built strong. This microwave does not pulse on and off like traditional microwaves. This one should last us a long time!

Easy to use, logical controls, large interior, easy to open and close, seems well made. No issues after 2 months.

We had purchased several other microwaves from different stores and didn't have any luck with them. Since we have purchased this one from Best Buy, we have not had one single probem.

The microwave works fine. It is confusing to use a dial and not punch in the time. It is also constantly dirty. every singe finger print shows :/ It does cook your food though....

We had been looking for a microwave to replace our broken one..trying to find one to fit a specific opening in our built in cabinets..thought we were going to have to special order one at triple the price but found this one and I love it! Quite the bargain too!! Always check out Best Buy!

Just got this microwave this past week. I didn't think I would like the knob, instead of pushing buttons, but I really like it. It heats really quick, better than my last microwave. Interior is really large.

I had the same model that our family has used daily for over 12 years. There was no question as to buying the same model again. Great microwave, with great capacity. Works great and looks beautiful in my kitchen!

So far this is the best microwave. The functions are great. The only thing we have to keep an eye on is the reheat sensor, it heats the food a little too much. But it's an awesome microwave. Very easy for my 5 year old and 3 year old to operate when they need to.

This is a great microwave looks and works great and the power is excellent. I would have given it 5-stars except for the fact that the interior light is quite dim and makes it difficult to see inside the oven when it is working. Other than that everything is excellent, very happy with this purchase.

This is the best microwave I've ever owned. The preset features actually work! The sensor cooking for potatoes cooks correctly- most create bricks that are too dry. The sensor reheat does a great job. It has a carousel and is easy to clean.

We use a microwave often and when our previous microwave stopped working we went to Best Buy for an updated microwave. We needed a bigger microwave with more features and Panasonic fit our needs perfectly. It cooks fast and thorough with no "cold spots". Great product!

White inside makes cleaning easier since can better. Dial makes it easy to select time moreso than expected.

Works great. This is the second one I have purchased. The first one lasted 12 years.can’t beat Panasonic.
