I purchased this for use in our company kitchen. It is used by 20 plus people in a business that operates 24/7. To date there has not been a single complaint but plenty of comments on how well it works.

I love the turn knob more than punching in numbers!

Since my husband and I are senior citizens and our eyesight is not what it used to be, we were pleased at how bright the numbers are and how easy the Microwave was to use. We love it!!!

I really like how this microwave works, although after 3 months we already had to have repaired. The latches on the door are made of a cheap plastic. They get miss aligned and beak. You must check and carefully close door. In a family with kids it's not ideal.

I love this microwave! It cooks food quickly, is easy to use and the inverter defrosts food without cooking it. It is a solid microwave with an attractive stainless steel front and not cheap plastic like some.

This is the latest version of this model and is the third that I have owned. I need a large oven and this one fits the bill. Cooking is even and the cooking sensors work as advertised.

Was looking for a countertop microwave to mount under kitchen counter that was actually big enough to cook with, this fits the bill perfectly and was at the right price. Looks good, cooks well, controls are easy to navigate.

So far this has been a good microwave. This is our fourth microwave in six years ago. With the last one (not Panasonic), we spent twice as much and hoped it would be of better quality, but it died after two years as well. Seems there are only two manufacturers of microwaves and all of the appliance companies just put their names on it, not worth spending a lot of extra money. The Panasonic has been easy to use with the turn dial and so far has been reliable. The sensor cook feature cooks fast, but always seems to over-cook the food (I stop to check on food when I think it is done, and it is done but still cooking - no telling when it would have stopped!). Kids have a hard time finding just the right amount of time to cook popcorn without burning it, the popcorn feature does not work for us without burning so we have tried to find just the right timing. Still trying to find the magic amount of time! We have been happy with other Panasonic products we have purchased over the years, hopefully this one will be no different.

Huge capacity, great power, invertor defrost works fast - con is fingerprint magnet... but it does the job.

This was a replacement of another Panasonic microwave of the same size and rating but wanted stainless to match remodeled kitchen. I was very satisfied with the old Panasonic which is why I sought another Panasonic as a replacement.

Have had this microwave for 2.5 months and really like it. It heats/cooks in about 50-75% of the time of our old microwave. Simple to use. Very attractive.

works well but is noisy to close door and microwave moves when opening and closing door

I like it. It's very large but I needed that so my square plates would be able to turn around on turntable. Takes up a good bit of counter space but I'm not able to buy an over the stove built in model at the moment.

Great product at a good price. I wanted a microwave that does additional tasks and this is it !

I have had excellent results from Panasonic Microwaves. I wasn't sure about the turn knob but am used to it and it works fine

Works great. Bought to replace a similar model that our elderly grandmother was comfortable with. Easy to use features make it great!

I purchased this microwave after doing some research on larger-capacity units. I love the inverter and food sensing technology. Put my food in and get it out nice and hot throughout.

Awesome compact microwave. Works better than the over the stove version that costs tons more!

We have owned this microwave for more than a month now. We liked our previous unit a lot because of it's size and power. I was unsure about this brand but after reading some reviews I decided to take a chance on this Panasonic. I really like this microwave. I love it's 1250 watts of power and it's spacious interior, which will turn an 11'x15" glass dish. The dial and other buttons are fairly intuitive and easy to learn. My hope now is that it will last for many years.

All we could have expected and we expected a great deal.
