My microwave went out because my daughter burned popcorn in it, I unplugged it for a few days and plug it back up and it works just fine!

My only gripe if I had to be picky is that the selector dial is slightly off center or warped.

The controls are easy to use and actually do what there supposed to... you can even store a half sheet pizza box in it so the dog can't get to it...

Reset to 2.0 or 140 seconds. Other than that it's great and everyone comments on the cool dial to set time. Love it
