Great microwave. This is the 1st microwave we have had to purchase in 20 years. I never realized the cooking technology with microwaves has improved so much. Our old "turn the dial and heat" microwave finally blew up, it could damage food regularly. This new microwave seems to have a smart cooking feature in it, as it can cook or warm or thaw food with settings and not turn the food into rubber or wood, lol. The popcorn feature is great too. Most popcorn packages say "do not use popcorn setting"; what's up with that. I use the popcorn setting on this microwave and it will pop almost every kernel in the bag and not burn the 1st piece of popcorn. GREAT Microwave.

We had earlier versions of this same Panasonic Microware. What we like about it is it ease of operation.

I love this Microwave! User friendly and does many things, whether I am cooking a lot or making a cup of tea! Ample room for large items. Cooks evenly.

Nice product: size is great; window is clear so one can see in the microwave; glass is non skid, that great; my grandmother loves it. Heating up small or large food items is a breeze.

Very nice looking for a microwave, the blue really stands out. Was not sure if I would like using the knob for the timer settings but after a couple times I loved it! Opening mechanism feels very flimsy, hoping it lasts.

This microwave works great its very big. I love the different settings from the defrost to cook and especially the keep warm setting which doesn't dry out or over cook the food.

We've had years of daily use from our previous Panasonic, (same model) We are hoping it lasts as long as the one it replaced.

I love this microwave, was able to heat up the entire 13lbs turkey plater when it came out of the oven just a little pink, takes up counter space though but well worth it.

I haven't had any problems yet with the infamous door issues yet, but I don't slam the door either. After reading the reviews I bought the microwave, with an extended warranty, plus my credit card doubles any extended warranty terms, so I am covered for at least 4 years. I bought it on sale for under $200 and it is a really nice microwave. I also like that it had a blue display, vs the other option had a green display. I wanted all the appliances to match. I would recommend the microwave, because they are basically the same manufacturer anyways with the inverter technology. I would also suggest a surge suppressor to help stop any electrical surges that could fry the circuit board.

Everything works as advertised. Simple controls. Large area for cooking or heating. price was reasonable. sensor feature is nice to use, or just turn the knob and hit start.

Great deal on this microwave. Really big inside and works and looks great. Great size for family meals.

Bought this microwave to replace a smaller unit. Seems to work well. The user interface is interesting in that it has a dial to set the time and other values such as defrost time. I don't care for the way the time steps when turning the dial. I do like the way the defrost time sets based on entering the weight of the product. It would be nice if you could turn on/off the beep function when complete without having to power cycle the unit. The LED internal light is very useful when cooking. It would be nice if it stayed lit after the time was up for a while, maybe until the door was opened.

This microwave is worth the money! The tech that allows for even heating is amazing. The sleek design makes this suitable for modern design kitchens as well.

We purchased 8 years ago the version of this microwave. I feel that Panasonic makes excellent microwaves. Looking to get 8+ years out of a microwave. Most microwaves either take to long to cook or die out after a few years. This microwave is everything we were looking for. We thought using a dial instead of buttons would be a problem, but we have gotten used to using the dial to set the timer. This is also a quiet microwave. We got it for a cheaper price due to Best Buy lovely price match guarantee. If you don't mind spending the money for a microwave that we'll last you for years, this is the one for you.
