Dr a friend of mine who is a appliance representative suggested this particular model. I've had no complaints about it easy to use looks good cooks very well.

The sensor cook boils oatmeal over. The sensor seems to be out of range. I thought if I kept sensor cooking it would break in. Anything sensor cooked is over boiled. Have 3 yr Geek squad warranty. Thinking about taking it back. Besides that it is a elegant well heating microwave.

If you’ve never experienced Inverter Technology in a microwave, you should. It’s the best way to gently reheat food. Instead of being on 100 percent power for 50 percent of the time when set to 50 percent power, this microwave dials the power back and is continuously on. Once you try it, you’ll never go back. This is my second purchase, it’s that good. The first microwave died in the November 2018 Camp Fire along with everything else we owned.

For starters was blown away by mere size, just huge. But love this microwave. With holidays can heat up whole dishes in one shot. Got more than bargained for.

The Panasonic microwave has function beautifully for us for three years now. The product is easy to operate, and the food is always cooked fully.

I liked the microwave overall it's great for the price I payed. Only thing I would disagree with is with the stainless stell it gets dirty very fast and easily, you have to clean it everytime you use it.

Great product and great price. At first we thought getting used to the dial for time setting would be difficult, but I like better than the dial pad!!!

This microwave is big. Works great. Have to turn the knob instead of pushing buttons, but it’s fine.

This replaced a Panasonic that we had for 35 years. I doubt they make them like that anymore but this one seems pretty solid and is a good bit more powerful.

Our old microwave quit so we looked at several models. We like the settings and appearance. The size was what we needed and the price at best buy was the best we found

Amazing power. Didn’t quite know how to set up the clock... but googled it ~ and it worked.

The "sensor reheat" over does it, so be careful with that feature. Overall seems like a good product.

Clean excellent, fast and smart microwave with syncretic inverter wave system . I won’t trade it for anything else.

For the first time, I'm reading a manual because it does so much! I just needed something to heat food...it does so much more. Great purchase.

I had a hard time trying to get this to fit in my cabinet so it sticks when I open and close but the microwave is very good heats up good pretty quickly.

After a 10-year run with our previous Panasonic microwave, we finally had to replace it and went with another Panasonic given the positive track record with the prior one. After about a month so far, we're very happy with our new one. It works as well as the last one, and the door closure, which was a little rough with the previous one, is smoother with the new one. The dial-type mechanism for the timer, which replaced a key pad on the old one, is also easier to use.
