Inconvenient controls, Unreliable

For example, to set the clock, the units, and the alert volume you have to unplug the unit. To set cooking times, you have to twirl a knob which counts by 1's up to 10 seconds, by 5's up to 1 minute, then by 10's thereafter. Hitting the right amount of time without going back and forth is nearly impossible. The quick 1-minute button won't add subsequent minutes. It's strictly for 1 minute cook times. How often do you do that? As for reliability, after 32 days mine started shutting off and had to go in for repairs. It's nice looking, and has some good features, but the bad outweighs the good by far, IMHO.

We were quite happy to see we could get the same exact updated model. Hope it lasts 15+ yrs
