Love the size of this microwave. It seems to cook evenly. My only dislike is the dial for setting the time. I much prefer the number pad.

Microwave has smaller footprint than my last microwave but seems to hold the same amount. Very quiet!

This was a replacement microwave to the one that we had. Works great with many features.

The software and control design of this model is unfortunate. For example, to set the clock, the units, and the alert volume you have to unplug the unit. To set cooking times, you have to twirl a knob which counts by 1's up to 10 seconds, by 5's up to 1 minute, then by 10's thereafter. Hitting the right amount of time without going back and forth is nearly impossible. The quick 1-minute button won't add subsequent minutes. It's strictly for 1 minute cook times. How often do you do that? As for reliability, after 32 days mine started shutting off and had to go in for repairs. It's nice looking, and has some good features, but the bad outweighs the good by far, IMHO.

research showed this model to be the best and so far it has been spot on. great buy for the money

like the knob instead of push button. Ease of using. A child could use it very well.

Have a top of the line over-the-range $650 Kenmore at another place. Like this $200 counter top better because it works better.

This is a great microwave. I love the sensor cooking and the turbo defrost features. It is very easy to operate

I was very surprised with the size . It's fast and cook well. Very little noise. Instructions when read are understandable.

I bought this microwave to replace one of the exact same model that was 7 years old and finally gave up the ghost.

Just wish the dial would go past 30 minutes cook time. Otherwise it is great especially for the price. I am happy with this microwave.

After our 15 year old Sharp microwave stopped working we started researching a replacement. After deciding on 2-3 finalists (Sharp, Panasonic, LG) we looked at all of them and decided to purchase the Panasonic. We really like the controls - a nice departure from the standard keypad. We also wanted a large interior (2.2cf) with a revolving tray/base - the Panasonic had all the desired features for an excellent price. So far, we're completely satisfied and would highly recommend this microwave.

So far this microwave is functioning is perfectly. It heats food quickly and thoroughly. Great buy for the price.
