I immediately asked someone to see if the microwave was in stock. She said no it is not in stock. I stayed to do some shopping and saw 4 of the microwaves on the floor Next to the other microwaves for sale. The microwave is excellent.

The previous version was LG. I like this b/c it has buttons to select instead of touch system which usually breaks faster.

Not really worth it for an every day countertop

Somehow at 1200w it seems to warm up things slower than my 1000w. Door button is a hit and miss to work-though this could be because I bought an open box. Absolutely insane that you NEED the manual to use any kind of program. The knob is very uncomfortable to use compared to numbered buttons that 99% of microwaves out there have. Will be returning it.
