The only thing that I don't like is that the door can be loud if you use a little force when closing it from a fully opened state.

Panasonic one of the best countertop microwaves

Adequate for the Money

I had an issue with Best Buy at first but after some negotiating was able to have it replaced. We have had the second for about a month and are keeping our fingers crossed.

Not really worth it for an every day countertop

Somehow at 1200w it seems to warm up things slower than my 1000w. Door button is a hit and miss to work-though this could be because I bought an open box. Absolutely insane that you NEED the manual to use any kind of program. The knob is very uncomfortable to use compared to numbered buttons that 99% of microwaves out there have. Will be returning it.
