    I purchase this microwave as a replacement for a earlier one of the exact same model. I had replaced my electric sub-panel with arc fault breakers as part of a kitchen remodel and the older Panasonic was giving a false trip on the breaker. I did some research and others remedy the problem by purchasing a new microwave. Unfortunately, this new microwave didn’t fix the problem.

    My microwave is located in my kitchen island, so it is below eye level. Because it was difficult to see the digital keypad on my old microwave, I search for one with a dial and found this one. I only use my microwave for heating things and I find the dial efficient and very easy to use. I don't think I will ever buy a microwave with a digital keypad again.

    This product is one of the best in the micro wave industry. The reason why I gave it 4 stars is the open and close button. It’s very easy to break. Mine has already broken in less than a year that I bought it.
