    OK, The first thing is the programing. It was a challenge Took me a while to get it right. Having said that it is simple to use and has a powerful cooking range. Wasn't use to that at first but have learned to enjoy the efficiency of it. Cooks very even and the defrost is much faster than my previous microwave. Cost was a pleasant surprise. All in All, I am pleased with this item

    We purchased this microwave to replace the same exact one that was probably about 10 years old. Outside of the dial getting a little "wonky" near the end, this microwave has never failed us.... until it fell to the "infirmities of old age." The new one is great...and now we have a spare glass interior plate. :)

    The microwave works fine but it uses a dial, rather than a keypad, to input the cooking time. It was easier to just key in the cooking time on our previous microwave. Also, we would much rather have had this in black than stainless steel.

    Panasonic has it spot on when it comes to Microwaves! This appliance has FAR exceeded my expectations! Cooking a potato is a cinch to do now.. and it does it perfectly I might add! reheating is a breeze... my last Panasonic microwave lasted from 1992 to STILL GOING! I had a Sears Kenmore that lasted BARELY 2 years.... Thank you BEST BUY for the excellent service over the years also!

    This microwave is not only Quick but also durable. I also like the fact that the vent is not on the back, which means that i can push it further toward the back of the shelf it is placed on.
