It was a challenge Took me a while to get it right. Having said that it is simple to use and has a powerful cooking range. Wasn't use to that at first but have learned to enjoy the efficiency of it. Cooks very even and the defrost is much faster than my previous microwave. Cost was a pleasant surprise. All in All, I am pleased with this item

Lightweight and powerful

Hoping to get that from this Panasonic. It's much lighter than our previous one and cooks much faster. Not so sure about the sensor reheating yet, seems to overheat everything (the reason for 4 stars) ex>reheating coffee resulted in boiling and it still didn't turn off on its own.
