    I purchased a Panasonic because of its inverter tech produced more consistent cooking. Seems to work very well, no cool|hot spots. Best Buy also provided a stellar pay online, pick up service. They were ready when they said they would, painless. Very helpful staff.

    I had this model before and it worked great for many years. It stopped working and I bought a newer addition of the same model. Got it home and it has been improved over what was already an excellent microwave. Lot of room in the microwave and always cooks evenly. A great buy. Great service at Best Buy also.

    The best customer service I have ever had. Rick was an informed product saleman. His service was so good I decided to try to remedy my problems with the computer I purchased from you. Manager contacted me and was terrific also. Geek service improved in store and on line.

    The associate were very helpful, informed, and professional. He pointed out the differences between the microwave, which was very impressive to me. They removed it from the shelf, put it on a cart and placed it in my vehicle. Thanks guys . Great job. All of my dealings with Best buy are enjoyable and worth the time and money.
