    This was a replacement for the same microwave that I had for 7 years. As with many other people my old one quit working due the latch problem - wouldn't turn on anymore. The new one closes much more smoothly so hopefully that issue has been resolved. Like the available settings and the dial to set the time.

    We have loved this microwave! The sensor reheat is something we use constantly. The defrost option is also amazing. My old microwave would start to cook the outside before the middle was defrosted. This one defrosts perfectly.
