Overall a fine product and does what is expected. That said the dial takes some getting used to and there is some leakage as I notice that when I'm nearby with my laptop when it's operating my wifi signal degrades.

I bought this microwave for my grandmother who has extreme arthritis in her hands. It is perfect! The knob glides with very little resistance an the large panel to open the door is just big enough for her to use her fist. Not to mention, it works great and looks great in our kitchen. I would buy this again!

It works well and provides better heating than our old one.

I bought it for my restaurant staff, they liked it. It is very spacious and have different modes in it. Hope they are enjoying it .

Our previous version of this microwave served us well. Wouldn't think of going with another brand or model. This was a pleasant upgrade with the blue backlight on the knob.

Getting used to a dial knob for setting the time wasn't as bad as I initially thought. It's a minor nuisance compared to punching in the numbers you actually want. It heats and cooks great though. I've used most all the automatic settings with great results. Highly recommend.

I've always loved the Panasonic inverter technology on their microwaves and this is just a newer version of previous models. They have changed the look of it to more of a stainless look rather than the old plasticky buttons. Space is required so make sure it fits (plus breathing room) in the space where it's to be placed.

I like the way the controls work. Its fast, no temp variations in food. We bought our last Panasonic microwave in 1985. It's worked good for 35 years. Still cooks but table stopped turning. That's why we bought another Panasonic.

Easy to use and clean. Able to do multiple dishes simultaneously

Mostly nice. The button that opens the door is weak. Often it does not spring the door open and I have to use my other hand to pull the door open. Cheesy.

The good news: We like the style and function of this microwave. That's why we bought it 4 years ago. The bad news: A couple of weeks ago, that unit just died. We found that the same unit is still available and mostly gets good reviews. But a fair number of people say these units abruptly quit, sometimes a lot sooner than ours did. More good news: So far our new unit works well. No problem with door latches or knobs as called out by some reviewers. Darn, it's still a good unit. Hope it doesn't quit. If we get 10 years out of this, that meets my expectation for an appliance like this, and the unit gets a 5. If it quits next month, it's a 1, and we've been snookered again. So far, it's OK.

We purchased this for our Maintenance Break Room/Lunch Room usage. There are 20 + employees who use it regularly. It has performed flawlessly. I would definitely recommend this for busy families or high usage situations.

Last Panasonic lasted almost 15 years. Hope I get at least 10 out of this one. Same panel with dial knob, door made a little less expensive doesn't have the weight as old door. But overall very happy with Panasonic Microwave.

Lots of nice features. Turbo defrost is great feature.

This is our second microwave. The first one lasted one year and then the button you push to open the door would stick and not allow you to open the door. The microwave was replaced since we had an extended warranty but this took some time to get the process accomplished. We do like the design and it looks great in out kitchen.

My friend purchased his over 10 years ago, we purchased the same exact one 4 years ago and this current one is a gift. We are all very happy with our Panasonic 2.2 microwave. It maybe a little pricey and larger compared to others but it is the best one out there.

Heats evenly. Works really well. Has a large capacity.

I love the built in sensors that monitor the amount of heat and moisture inside to determine auto reheat, no more guessing how long of a time to set. Push sensor heat and start....DONE!
