Microwave is great after returning the one damaged in shipping to the local store for a replacement. Thought delivery straight to the house would be easy, but added more effort since it was damaged. No problem with replacement at the store. Works great!!

Very large capacity means the unit is also very large. Just ensure your counter space will accommodate it. Inverter technology and turntable allow for fast, efficient and consistent heating or defrosting.

Great looking Stainless Steel Microwave. Very easy to use large turntable. Liked that it was white interior and has really good lighting.

Our last one lasted about 10 years but leaked enough radiation to cut out our wifi connection on some units. This new model (newer version of our older model) does not kill our wifi and works fine.

Panasonic microwave oven is a reliable purchase this my second time purchasing one. The first one lasted over 8 years. Well made works great.

This Panasonic microwave is the best we've owned. It truly does defrost items without cooking them along the way. As well it reheats a meal so the meal is hot at all points, not just here and there. I would love to have seconds between 10 and 30 but this wasn't a deal breaker for us.

Love this microwave so far but only had it about 1 month. Love the larger inside cooking area. Cooks items faster. It's a keeper!

The inverter defrost modes are outstanding. Sensor Reheat and Sensor Cook are better than any microwave I have ever used. This microwave does a great job of cooking everything evenly.

At first, not having a numeric keypad to use took some getting used to but now it's pretty cool using the turn dial. Cooks all food evenly and preset for popcorn has multiple bag sizes to choose from. Great overall microwave

This microwave is fantastic. The buttons have a more positive feel and I think they are better than the usual plastic-film buttons on most microwaves. Easy and convenient to use and well worth the price.

After many years our old Panasonic Microwave finally gave up. It was SOOOO good that we purchased another that was identical except for a few updated features. Have had it a month, use it several times a day and love it!

According to Consumer Reports, the first 2 choices were out of stock. This was the next in line. Still a good choice. I like the newer technology that allows for less electrical load. Great savings on the electricity. I am pleased with this product.

I bought this to replace my previous Panasonic microwave of the same model. It gets heavy use as I am visually impaired so the controls with preprogramed cooking temperatures and timees arre very helpful. Particularly the pre set cooking time and temperature features.

Direct replacement for a prior Panasonic Full-size microwave still funtional after 15 years (old model door button wearing out.... much more difficult to open the door) This model is nearly identical.... with updated electronic funtionallity and stainless look.

My previous Panasonic microwave started to have problems after 12+ years of perfect use. It was a no brainer to go back for another Panasonic. These microwaves are large capacity workhorses with awesome fit and finish.

Great product, Panasonic quality and very convenient rotating knob to set desired heating time - simple, yet effective solution. You don't have to punch keypad and, possibly, set the wrong duration.

Replacing a Panasonic microwave I owned for last 13 years. Invert turbo defrost works very well and doesn't actually cook or burn meat. I'm knocking it one star because menus for cooking "baked" potatooes or other side dishes are not as easily accessible as my older Panasonic.
